Laura called today after she read my review and apologized. I wanted to update my review to say that I really thank her for the time and courtesy for doing that. A lot of people would have probably tried making things worse or ignored it completely. I really appreciate the gesture and it means a lot to me.

to Laura at First Rate Rental. She was very positive and efficient. Everyone I spoke with and or met with was professional and kind. I would recommend this service to anyone. I’m looking forward to moving into my beautiful house.

These guys have been great to work with. They got us right in the house we wanted, and have been very easy to work with for getting repairs done as well as communicating with the home owner on requests and questions. Lenny is their general repairman and he is great to work with and does a great job. I would recommend 1^st Rate Rentals.

This was the only rental management place that I dealt with that actually showed up on time to the appointments and if they were going to be late they called me to let me know. They also responded to all my e mails. By the way this is just a review on how well they handled business while I was trying to look for a home. I didn’t end up renting from them so I don’t know how well they are when you rent with them, but they were pretty good when I was trying to look for a home.

They showed up right on time to show me the home I was interested in. They were flexible and patient while I was making my decision. They have always been very friendly and very helpful, and have taken care of repair requests quickly.

This rental company has underhanded business practices. They require you to fill out an application for the property of interest. Then we showed up for a tour of a property for them to not show up even though there was 5+ other families that drove over a hour with kids to see it too. After we called, they said they rented it days earlier although they charged us $ 20 to run our credit and asked for more documents. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! If it’s bad now, imagine how an emergency repair would be handled or trying to get your deposit back.

Had a conversation with Diana today and she was very helpful. I already looked at one of the houses they got listed online and i was very pleased with the professional look and attitude of the lady that showed me the property, to bad I forgot her name. i really noticed that she always gave me straight forward answers and never lied about anything. I know, its hard to believe that a business does not try to lie to get money out of me. Very rare and amazing business practice. So far i am very pleased with this company. I also contacted several other property management company s’ and cant help but notice that first rate rentals has the absolute best property s and rental rates. I have not rented from them yet but i will keep updates coming. They also get you to look at properties the same day (in most cases) which i think is absolutely important for working folks like me.
