Aaron Alan Pest Control has cared for my property for 5 to 7 years. They are efficient, dependable and conscientious. In addition to treating for ants, spiders and snails, they will treat with non toxic insect control around my fruit trees. They also use a brush with an extension to clean under all eves, around all exterior porch lights and other areas where spider webs may be present. If special instructions are given, they are followed and, AND, if in between treatments any of the above insect control issues arise, they will return and retreat at no additional cost. I received a flyer about Aaron Alan Pest Control on my door. Perfect timing too because my house was being invaded by ants, spiders and fleas. I haven’t had much luck with the major companies because they either didn’t show up on time and some of the service tech’s weren’t very nice. I like that this is a small family owned company and I want to support that. Alan came to our house and ON TIME (Major Bonus). We asked all sorts of questions and Alan was honest and open. He serviced our property inside and out. My husband and I watched Alan as he REMOVED spider webs from the outside of the house. WHAT?! I’ve NEVER seen a company do this and it was impressive (he had me at dusting!). Alan came inside the house to spray and there was absolutely NO SMELL AT ALL! We also have pets and this is a big issue for us as we did not want our pets to get sick/​poisoned. Alan used a pet safe product. Alan is a super nice guy, honest, personable, trustworthy and we had a great time talking to him. Thanks Aaron Alan!

They are a honest company! A big-​name, national, pest-​control company wanted to charge me thousands to get rid of a problem. Aaron (older brother?) wanted to further assess the issues and gave me alternative solutions. Since then, I’ve been a loyal customer and receive their services regularly. Recently had Alan (younger brother?) look into a potential pest issue. Again, they did not recommend unnecessary services that I did not need! Very refreshing to deal with a consistently HONEST company! I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Aaron Allan Pest Control made charges on my credit card that was not authorized. Then when I contacted them to dispute the charges because I did not owe for a double payment in which I have proof from my bank statements and they did not contact me in advance to notify me they were taking 2 payments $ 150 out of my account, the receptionist hung up on me. I never received a call back with an explanation of why I was charged the amount as she stated I would before she hung up on me. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Horrible customer service!

These guys are awesome! My wife and I told them the issues and they took care of it! We had ants, spiders, mice, and mites, but Aaron Alan pest control comes out a couple of times a year and we have not had any issues since. They make sure to be conscious of us having dogs by using safe chemicals which is a great sense of comfort and trust.

You can’t find a better pest service. I called this company from a door hanger about 3 years ago and I would not trust anyone else to take care of my pest control needs. They are professional, local, courteous, the guys are great. They get to you immediately on an emergency. I highly recommend this company.

Alan came out to provide our service. He arrived within the timeframe we were given and explained the service in detail. He was very friendly and offered to answer any questions and/​or concerns I had. He treated our entire yard (front & back), pathways, perimeters, and even removed spider webs and wasp nests from the eves. Aaron Alan Pest Control provides great customer service — a refreshing change in today’s society. Highly recommend.
