Please take your business somewhere else. I called to get a burner fixed on my stove. They gave me a time between 10 – 2. I waited until 4 and called to see where they were. I was given a number and they said they were running late. Duh! Then they didn’t show up until after 6. The man that showed up was different then who I spoke to on the phone. He was rude and complained about the parking in front of my building which is two hours. He looked at my stove and said he had to order a part. I asked him to give me an estimate and he said he couldn’t. He then charged me $ 49.00 for the service call. This was 10 days ago. I still haven’t heard back even though I’ve called and my stove is still not fixed. They cashed my check the next day though. Rip off and rudeness!!!

I expect service(and get service) like this from Comcast. Called a day prior to schedule a visit to fix my dryer, between 1 and 3PM. Had someone stay at my house all day to wait, only for them to never show up. As I went home, I had a voicemail form the tech, JIM. He said they dont show up if nobody answers the phone(I work all day — not good cell reception). That would have been useful information from the scheduler. Jim assured me he would come by today, between 1 – 3, phone call or not. You guessed it. Asked someone to stay at my house, all day. No phone call, nobody shows up. If you have nothign but free time on your hands, call these clowns. If you need somethign fixed, I would look elsewhere.
