Accredited Property Inspection

Jerry is the best I could have asked for! I have had a home inspected in the past with someone else, so I have a basis of comparison. My agent recommended him as the best he has worked with, and I am glad I took his advice.
He has been helpful since the moment I first called him, during the inspection, and now after inspection answering all of my questions. During the inspection he talked with me a lot about the issues he was seeing, and giving me a lot of knowledge about homes and possible solutions to the issues. He spent a good amount of time inspecting the home, taking tons of pictures, and then answering more of my questions at the end. I can tell he really loves what he does, and is generally a friendly person. He also has a thermal imaging camera and other instruments that helps him find moisture issues, electrical issues, and so on.
The report he gave me was thorough, but very easy to understand. He also provided it to me within one day! He has been answering a few of my questions I had about the report, and even offered to help me once I move into the home!
Finally, his rates were very reasonable, as I got quotes from several other inspectors, and as I mentioned, I used a different inspector in the past.
I would definitely recommend him for your home inspection!

Jerry was very thorough and educated us about all the different aspects of the house we were buying. We walked away more confident about the biggest investment of our lives.
