Been going to ARS since 2010. They are the best! I purchased everything for my game room there. A Pool table arcade machine table and stools dart board and many accessories. They are very polite informative and will meet any of your needs. I just moved my pool table for the 3^rd time now. And once again outstanding job. They take there time to assemble and level the table to perfection. I’m very satisfied customer. And reason why I keep coming back. Can’t wait to go back for a poker table and fusball table.

Absolute BEST in the business. My Brother in law recommended I visit ARS. We did. We bought an Olhausen (Harley Davidson) pool table from John 5 years ago. He was friendly, extremely helpful, set up was excellent and the price was the best in the business. The table has held up great, and we couldn’t be any happier with our purchase from ARS. If you are wondering where to go, and who to buy from, don’t hesitate to visit and/or buy from ARS. You will be glad you did.

I bought my Olhausen from John, the owner, and Donna. They have been fabulous. They ordered my table, a chrome waterfall model and gave me both fantastic service and a great price. Why anyone within driving distance doesn’t order or buy their stock is beyond me. Yeah, the place isn’t in a fancy mall or hot shot showroom, but you won’t have to pay those fancy prices either.
So if saving a buck and buying quality merchandise sounds good to you head to ARS in Riverside. I’m in Indian Wells, didn’t know a single person there, but I’m glad I bought from ARS. Thanks John and Donna and staff. I appreciate very much everything you did for me in this major purchase.

Bought some shuffleboard pucks here about a year and a half ago. Was told they were premium pucks and spent a lot of money. Come to find out they are Chinese junk and just push sand out of the way and drag. Then they sold me a bunch of other stuff like table wax, different sands, etc. telling me the pucks are definitely not the problem. Now I have some actual pucks that work great. Bummer considering there are so few shops carrying shuffleboard products. Instead of supporting local business, I am unfortunately forced to shop on-line.

Went in to look a pool tables for my house and ended up purchasing one and had it delivered 2 days later. The service was great. They were there to answer all my questions and get me exactly what I was looking for. All of the accessories were included with the table which I didn’t expect. If you looking for anything for a game room this is the place to go.

After dealing with a fraudulent web-based company who «sold» us a pool table, we found ARS & purchased an Olhausen-Waterfall for our company game room. ARS Billiards has great customer service and beat the pricing of other competitors. Donna and John threw in a bunch of accessories for us, which was great. Ordering took roughly 4 weeks and after it arrived at their shop, the immediately contacted us to schedule a set up. This company definitely gets the A+ recommendation from us. :)
