I went here yesterday. When I entered the the store. I explained to the sales person what I was looking for. Since I’m not a make up person. She applied the appropriate color for my shade of skin and explained how to apply it. She told me I had nice skin. What do I use on my face. She asked what made me come in today. I replyed that I wish to cover my dark circles. She did the best she could with out it looking like to much. As natural as possible is best for me. So anyway she was friendly and so was her co worker. Best service that I have seen in a while. Good job ladies

I went here a long time ago and completely forgot what tone I was. However the customer service there is always phenomenal the staff is honest is well and actually tells you when something looks stunning or not. A really amazing place for first timers; strongly recommend. Definitely coming back for a refill

I’ve been here twice and their customer service was phenomenal. They really want you too buy their stuff lol. They didn’t have to try hard with me because I have been a loyal customer of their line for a long time now. I was just new to this establishment. I went ahead and bought the New SPF Ready foundation. After using it twice I decided it wasn’t for me. It didn’t work well with my skin. I guess my skin is too oily for it. I went ahead and brought it back and described why I brought it back and they went ahead and gave me my money back with no hassle. They really know how to treat their customers. As for me, I’ll stick to their Original and Matte foundations.

This is my favorite make up! Great for your skin. Very natural look. Also love their skin care. The makeup and skin care have made my skin look fantastic! Besides great genes, the makeup and skin care make my skin look flawless and youthful! So most people think I am 10+ years younger than I am. Yes I will take that compliemtn any day! ;o)

I always love coming into the Bare Escentuals store. Every staff member is always nice and very helpful. I really do love their entire make up line. They take the time to show you how their products work and apply the make up for you. I have learned a lot since I have stopped in and did some shopping for make up. I always have Amy help me and I highly recommend Bare Escentuals to anyone looking for great make up with a helpful and knowledgeable staff.
