I want to give a public reference for my house cleaning service. I LOVE Bertha’s Cleaning Service. My gift to myself is to have my home cleaned. I love to come home to that! Like many people, I’ve tried several services and they haven’t been so great. Since I found Bertha’s Cleaning Service, I’ve been VERY happy. I’ve been using them for 4 years now. They are completely reliable — I have a scheduled day. If you want a great house cleaning service, check out Bertha’s. I highly recommend!

This service has cleaned for me for about two years now. They always do a great job. I am home when they clean so I can see how they work and the results. By the way my house is not filthy either so if you expect someone to clean 5 years worth of crap for a hundred dollars, you should clean it yourself like one of the reviewers that didn’t like the work this crew does.

Let me start off by stating, I wish there was a zero star. Secondly let me say, if you work hard for your money and don’t like to throw it away on foolishness, then avoid this service. There were five cleaners dispatched to my home, none of whom spoke English well enough to understand my explicit instructions. I ultimately believe it was a communication barrier, rather than the «Scam» my husband believes it to be. Nevertheless, I paid these people one hundred of my hard earned dollars to clean things that were already clean in my house. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! You’re better off cleaning your own house.
Side Note: The products used, stink! I’m still airing out my house!
