Very Good Service. Although a loud man employee stating it was his first day and his last. He was extremely loud and was talking to other employees. I could tell the others tried to ignore him. I was in the store for 30 minutes and he passed me a few times… Too busy complaining to ask me if I needed assistance. Hopefully today was his last day.

The management is completely unprofessional and rude. They make you feel unwelcomed when your doing a simple return. The environment of the store(cleanliness, aisles, variety of items) It’s not the best. It’s below average. They could use a new team. I almost gave up on B.L. but I visited the Tyler location ANDWHAT A DIFFERENCE. I’ll be driving further so I can get excellent customer service!

Once again, used to be called Pic N Sav back in the day. The store by the Tyler Mall has been around longer. In fact, before this was Pic N Sav, it was a Sav-On, I believe. I am so old, I remember when the Sav On had the tube test machine at that location. Wow, I am old!!! This«Big Lots» came along about the time they«upgraded»(snicker) their image by changing the name to Big Lots. More like Big Snots lol… Swung by there today because I am bored as heck. Once again, NO savings at all, and it always feels like walking into a really bad swap meet or that Salvation Army down by the Tyler Mall. Cruddy, crappy and no good vibes at all. Not even ANY scrapbook supplies here, pillows cost $ 5MORE here than Wal Mart, and Wal Mart has 20x the selection. Skip this dump and go to Target or Wal Mart, trust me.

Absolutely the WORST customer service ever at this location. After being ignored while a cashier checked out her co-worker, she walked away from the register without a word. I waited patiently and watched the aforementioned coworker open another register and start helping others. I asked if my register was open or not pointing to the light on. I was told«she’s on the phone». No other explanation, No just a sec, I’m sorry,…nothing. I left without my purchase. And thanked them for being SO helpful sarcastically. Obviously by the unprofessional looks of these girls(one looked she hadnt brushed her hair in days) they are not happy with their jobs. In the future I will go out of my way to tell others to NOT shop here.

Hey ya’ll…the location of this Big Lots is creepy, especially at night… That’s the only time that i go to this one… Anyhow, it was at this Big Lots that I discovered an overstock of Nutrisystem meals… and I’ve been hitting up B.L. from O.C. to Colton… and I’ve found quite a variety of these meals at each of the different locations… Starting at .50 cents for the Choc. chip pancakes, $ 1.00 for the cup of meal and the hot chocolate. I have not purchased the boxed meals(those are $ 2-$ 3). I’m on a budget(to say the least)… Most of the meals are delicious… some have a major(tomato) tanginess… but a steal nonetheless…
