Yummy! The Boba is perfectly cooked and chewy. Watermelon and Mango Smoothues great. Not too sweet.

I’m loca for boba! Great Thai tea! Made from scratch and brewed fresh every day! If they can make a good Thai tea then they are good!!!

My first time here. Tried their fruity waffle and I like how their boba isn’t too sweet. I got a almond milk tea. Also their boba is perfect and chewy.

I have been coming to this place for years especially when I was working in the area. I recently revisited the place to study for a couple hours before a very important exam in a nearby testing center. Environment is quiet with a steady flow of customers. I have always ordered my usual taro slush with boba. The boba is always perfectly chewy. I was tempted to try a waffle to calm my nerves, but thought it might up my sugar level which would not have been good. I will definitely return at some point to try the waffle and maybe experiment with a few drinks. The customer service is always friendly as culturally acceptable. This place is owned and operated by first generation Asians, so please excuse that they are not overly bubbly as expected in American culture. For me, as long as the product meets my expectations and there is no overt rudeness, I am game! A suggestion would be to offer plant-based milk for the smoothies and slushies as well as a low sugar option for drinks and this place will be even more awesome!

Good Boba’s but I am disappointed with the service/company. I got a boba the other day and said no ice in it since I had a cold. The guy charged me an extra dollar for no ice. I asked why and he said, «the computer automatically does it because you get more tea.» That is just crazy. I didn’t ask for a bigger cup. I am asking for the 16oz of tea they are supposed to give me in the cup. Where is the extra tea? If anything you guys are conning the customers out of tea by adding a glass full of ice. I just thought that was a bunch of BS.

I like their bobas, I typically get the mango flavor but their shaved ice mangoes is super delicious. I especially like to get it with their jelly. I haven’t had a chance to try their waffles yet but looking forward to it soon. I hope they stick around

It’s been HOT lately and everytime I’m down in Riverside I find myself craving an ice cold slush with boba. Bobaloca is small, clean, not crowded and in a weird spot. In fact, I always end up going to Lolicup(the boba at Lolicup I think is much better) but since Lolicup stopped selling waffles a while ago I may start going here and ordering a slush without the boba. I found the boba to be not so sweet or tasty and it hardened up pretty quickly. The waffles on the other hand taste great and are cooked to perfection. They taste like the Mickey waffles I love at Disneyland. They’re a bit pricey but when I walked in yesterday I was hit with that fresh waffle smell and immediately wanted one so I got a waffle with fresh fruit(bananas, kiwi and strawberry) and ice cream, although I could’ve done without the ice cream. Definitely have to remember to come here more often since it’s closer than Lolicup and they have waffles!

Exceeded my initial expectations in terms of taste and quality. Prior to finding this hidden gem, I traversed the land sampling boba from different establishments — suffice to say they had left me quite dissatisfied. Bobaloca however, was the paragon of excellence I had been searching for all of these months. Even on days when my wallet resembles a measly single piece of folded printer paper I’d spend my last few dollars on gas money to acquire a refreshment from this place. They also placed a cherry on my proverbial sundae by having dairy free options on their menu; considering I turn into the atmosphere of Jupiter(being rather gaseous) upon ingesting lactose, I find this exceptional.

Bobaloca has the best boba. Not too soft/mushy or hard in the middle, but perfect and chewy. My favorite drinks are mango slush, Thai tea, tapioca milk tea, Oreo shake, and sometimes a mango shake. The waffles are really good with ice cream. You can either get ice cream or frozen yogurt on top.

Really disappointed in the boba here. I guess Riverside isn’t a place to go for quality boba. The jasmine milk tea was bitter, not sweet and they don’t even have black milk tea! There are definitely better boba places than this one. However the slushies are good, like the strawberry and mango slushes. The quality of the boba is not that good if you have had other boba like Half n Half Teahouse, Class 302, or other boba places in Cerritos, northern California and/or the Los Angeles area. Though, this might taste good to you if you have never had boba before. The boba itself is quite bland and flavorless.

Came by to grab a quick drink because I like their drinks here… I really don’t like their prices. Too expensive… Worst of all, there wasn’t many ppl waiting but my 4 drinks took them about 30 minutes to make! This has been the 2nd time in a row that this has happened.

The drinks are very good. The actual boba ball things are not so good. I always ask for no boba. Smoothies alone are very good tho.

The boba here don’t get me wrong is good. But if you see a older Asian gentleman at the counter just know that your service will be cold and unfriendly. He is quite rude and it makes you not want to come back. Be warned.

Milk tea is watered down. Boba is mediocre. This is by far the worst milk tea I’ve ever tasted. Customer service is fast though. I’ll give it a try next time. Hopefully it gets better.

It’s not boba tea house or half ‘n’ half but the boba is pretty decent here. I love that the boba doesn’t cost extra cause majority of boba places do charge you for boba. The staff is super friendly, the environment is neat and clean. The store itself is pretty cute and well organized. I’ve only had their creamy milk shakes and the classic favorites(thai milk tea, Tapioca milk tea, etc.) and overall it’s really good. I find little fault in this place. Great place and I highly recommend it for any of the boba lovers out there!

I consider myself a pretty picky boba drinker lol. With that said, I have tried this place about 4 times. And every single time have been dissatisfied. It’s close to my work so I’ve really wanted it to be a pleasant experience. I normally favor Boba Tea House in Riverside. Ok here’s the thing, the drinks are so-so, nothing special. The boba on the other hand is horrible! I’ve asked numerous times for extra boba, damn! I’m open to paying for it! But every time they are shiesty with the boba! Not Cool! And one more thing, EVERY Boba joint should carry mini boba! They however, do not. Very disappointing. :(
