My first time, I wanted to try it out worst experience ever never coming back… Ever

I spontaneously walked into Brow Arc at the Tyler Mall while returning some items across from the store and proceeded to sign in on their sign-​in sheet. There was no long wait, really. I already had brow gel on my eyebrows that day and let her know that I applied makeup before going in just so you can have your bare eyebrows for her to work on. They have make up remover on the spot in these kinds of cases. As I expressed what I wanted, she was really patient and thoughtful as to how I wanted my eyebrows shaped and cleaned. To me, she didn’t rush with her job even with the line of people building up. What was really nice was that after she had finished, she had forgot a patch of hair on my right left eyebrow and caught her mistake while fixing it with ease. As an avid brow-​threading customer, I was really pleased at how one of the sweet, professional ladies treated me the whole entire time. To me, customer service is what matters the most.
By the way, I got my eyebrow threading service for $ 7…typically the average amount people pay for these services.

I decided to try something new today and go here since it was convenient. It was the biggest mistake I could have made. I am not ashamed to say I take great pride in my thick perfectly shaped brows and now they are ruined and I have to wait til they grow out. Not only did she thread bald spots in my brow. They weren’t even! And nothing close to the shape I’ve had them before. I’m Mortified with the way they came out. Right before New Year’s Eve. Wether or not I can fix them with a brow pencil isn’t the point. I don’t wear makeup often and now I have to if I want my eyebrows to look normal. She took a very long time for such a horrible job and went back and forth. I’ve never had tears rolling down my face from the sting until today.

Great prices, and very friendly service. The gal that helped me was young and had great brows herself. I’m bummed that I can’t remember her name though! She fixed my botched brows and gave me advice on growing out a bit to help me achieve my desired look. Only bummer is she cut me, twice. I have two little scabs in my right lid, and one on my left… I’ll go back, but I’ll make sure I encourage them to be gentle.

This is the only place where I get my eye brows threaded. I will literally drive half an hour to get my brows done here. They’re perfectly done each time, and they’re also quick and so nice!

This was my first time with threading as well as this establishment. Employees were polite and my girl did a great job. Hardly felt a thing; in fact it was kind of relaxing.

where has adrian gone? she was the best and nobody there can top her

I’ve been coming here for a few months to get my brows done and I usually go to Adrian, but it seems like she is no longer there. The last two times I went there was only one lady doing brows and although she is good, I don’t think it’s worth the hour wait. They need to add more specialist so that they can capitalize on all the clients coming in. I usually wouldn’t wait an hour but I’m going out of town tomorrow and my second place to go to is in rancho. If they don’t increase their employees soon they will be losing all their business. Let’s be realistic: who wants to wait an hour for a service that takes 10mins!!! Get it together!

There is only one lady I recommend I don’t know her name but her station is always the middle one. She is AMAZING! I used to drive from Hesperian just to get my brows threaded from her. Great service and great brows I can not ever find a place that does them the way I want. I recommend her 100%!

This place has the most horrendous customer service I have ever seen. The workers are too busy taking selfies and putting on lipstick to notice customers. One of the workers was taking a nap in the chair and that sealed my decision to never have my brows done here. The owner should see how their money is being wasted on subpar workers.

I had a very good experience here. They shaped my brows really well. I have taken 6 sessions membership there. Trust me it’s really amazing.

Got my eyebrows done. she did an ok job. got eyelash extensions for a spur of the moment kind of thing.
They were about 45 bucks. the girl that did them seemed legit. she asked me how I would like them. I told her I liked them blended but wanted them to look natural…
As she proceeded to them I gave her my trust. Once she was done. I swear to you I looked like a damn mess. She did not make anything look natural. She put way to much on and it looked like I had a 4 pair of false eyelashes on! ugh!
I was going to a wedding so I figured ok. they will be fine. I started liking them a bit but once I pulled up to my driveway at home… I realized they started FALLING OFF! i THEN REALIZED THAT THE GIRL USED ARDELL INDIVIDUAL GROUP LASHES THAT YOU BUY AT TARGET! WHAT THE HELL.
I hate being ripped off… will never come here again. trust me! don’t waste your time!

DO NOT GO HERE! I decided to try this place out two days before a wedding… big mistake!!! I left the shop looking like I just got into a terrible bar fight. I called and complained just so that the manager is aware and to be cautious when working on other guests and she didn’t even try to compensate me for the dissatisfaction! Over 10 years of getting my eyebrows threaded never in my life have I been cut up like this. They don’t even deserve one star

I swung by here on my lunch break one day to tame the beasts otherwise known as my eyebrows.
I was a little apprehensive about trying this place on a whim– but I was on a time crunch and needed my eyebrows done.
Overall I’m pretty pleased.
There was a slight wait, but nothing too unbearable.
The woman who did my brows was very gentle, meticulous, and artistic in her approach.
I’m very, very pleased, and would have no reservations coming here again.
