Not bad. Staff was super friendly, beer was good, wings were tasty. Lots of of T. Vs with actual sports — but no sumo wrestling. Come here for the atmosphere, the wings and beer seem kind of pricy for what you get. Other than that, can’t say I would come here again unless it was for a sporting event. 6.5÷10

This is the only branch I’ve been to that are super stingy with their carrots and ranch/blue cheese. I ordered a large order of wings and the guy refuses to give me a second bag of carrots unless I pay $ 0.50. It doesn’t matter how big your order is… you only get one bag and one sauce… ONLY at this branch. Next time I’m driving to a different branch instead of dealing with their horrible customer service. I’ll spend the 50 cents on gas better than giving it to them.

The time they take here is ridiculous, been here since 6:3010 minutes later someone barely comes to ask if they could get us a drink, we get the drinks to our table and then another 10 minutes a waiter comes to ask if we want appetizers… still waiting for our appetizers currently 7:30

Visited 3÷04÷16 in the evening and got very sick from the food, both myself and the two other people I was with got very sick. I won’t go into detail in regards of my illness. I spent a few hours in the restroom this morning. I’m really sadden by the experience since I do enjoy their customer service and atmosphere. I think I won’t be visiting this location for a while.

Visited this location last night and decided I will not be returning. This is my 4th time going to this location and 4th time leaving this location disappointed. I try to give places multiple chances because every place has their«off» nights. It just happens to be every night for this place. First, we sat down and it took the waitress about 10 mins to come around and take our drink orders. She never introduced herself so from the get go we were already put off. She did not seem to be having a bad day just a bad attitude. She didn’t smile, every time she dropped something off like another drink or our food, it was like she didn’t even stop walking all the way. She literally«dropped it off». We got our food and the basket was labeled correctly but the wrong wings were in there. It was starting to get late so we didn’t wanna wait again for food so we just ate those wings. When the check finally came, I paid and waited for it to come back so I can sign and go. When she gets back she said«just so you know, I swiped your card on someone else’s tab so you’ll see it pending on your account but it should fall off soon, have a good night»??? There was no apology, she basically stated what she said and left without even waiting to see what my response would be. Sure enough, I look at my account online before I left and saw that someone’s $ 50 tab was on my account. I talked to the manager on duty(heavy set blond lady) and she said«oh is this about someone’s tab being put on your card? Because that was me» and I let her know that it was a careless error and they should really be paying attention to what they are doing. She then said«well it should be back in your account in 2 days or so but just so you know if I voided it, it wouldn’t have been back in your account for 10 days so I did the best solution possible.» Still no apologies. I told her about it being one of the worst experiences I’ve had and about the waitress but now that I think about it… there was no point because she probably got her carelessness and bad customer service from her manager. BWW remember this: from the customer’s point of view, perception is reality. Went there to celebrate with my BF and left angry.

I swear, I do not understand how some of these lazy and unprofessional people got hired… I went to go order from the bartender because the to-go section was closed. I waited 25 minutes for a small size wings, the place was practically empty… When it came out, it was just left on the table. I flagged down one of the employees and asked if it was mine. She looked at it and without even confirming what I ordered she immediately said no. She then told me that my to-go was probably in the to-go section. I replied back telling her that it was closed. She looked confused. A different bartender who was flirting with these other girls finally realized that there was a to-go and looked at my food and whispered to the lady. She then asked me if it was mine… –___– does she not know how to do her job? She sucks. Also, they forgot my ranch and veggies… One of the worst service I ever got.

Went there tonight(friday night at 6:45pm). There was a 30 minute wait and that was a pretty good estimate. They were pretty crowded tonight. The line after us was super long. Let’s just start off by saying Sara G., the blond girl who gave us the sample of sauces, was super friendly, enthusiastic, fast, efficient, and helpful! We all felt like she was on top of her game.(Sorry we didn’t like the Caribbean Jerk sauce that much even though you said it was your favorite). The Asian Zing sauce was my personal favorite. Sara recommended the new Tiki Marsala and recommended the dry rub without us even prompting. We got both clean fries and the fries with the dry rub on it. It was delicious and a great way to start off out meal. Our server, the receipt said her name was Amber, was on top of the water! Never had to ask for a refill. The house sampler was delicious and it was my favorite order. They give you 6 wings, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and nachos. It was great! There was a little mishap with the order, because we weren’t informed and the menu didn’t tell us that there was an up charge for switching from boneless to traditional wings on the sampler(which is weird because I always assumed traditional was cheaper since they’re cheaper on the main menu for just wings)… but Brian quickly resolved our problems. Thanks so much Brian. Everyone is really nice and friendly. The kitchen however was backed up and it was quite a wait for food, which is why I knocked down a star. Also it wasn’t written anywhere that extra carrots and celery would be a charge. I haven’t had that problem anywhere else, but I also don’t go to buffalo wild wings that often so it’s been a while. I guess the main cons about this place is the wait time and the lack of clarity of custom orders on their new menu. But their staff makes up for it.

Like all the other reviews say — this place sucks. Been here a couple times these past couple months & yes, their service sucks. They are normally, always, super slow & never check up on you unless you flag someone down. I always gave this location the benefit of the doubt because it was always busy every time I went in. But nope, not anymore. Every single time I go in, there’s a gang of workers in the front just chatting away. They are literally just standing there for 10 – 15 minutes just talking to each other. Service is always super slow, like I said before. It’s a ratio of 1:3 of eating time to waiting time. Food is okay. Satisfies any cravings I have for wings. BUT — This particular night, the place got to a point where it was pretty cleared out and the service STILL sucked. I know how it’s like to work late & I feel for y’all. I really do. But you guys need to get your shit together. Never coming back here again.

Came in around 6pm on a Thursday. We ordered our wings as soon as our server came to ask us what were drinking because I already knew the wait would probably be significant. All Boneless 6 Honey BBQ 6 Medium 6 Parmesan Garlic 8 Teriyaki Split between me and my girlfriend. The wings were cold when they came out, even though we seemd to have waited roughly 35 minutes for the order. My honey bbq looked so undersauced and unappetizing so I politely asked the server to have them pump some more sauce on them. I exclaimed that the wings were cold and tiny and I was dissapointed and feel like I wasted my money. To my surprise the server agreed and said that the quality is sub par on tuesdays and thursdays even when she dines in… Im baffled by the lack of quality in BWW Only thing they have going for them is the Sauce Recipes. I would give one Star, but at least the beer was great.

We stopped by last night(Friday) after a movie around 11 pm. The place wasn’t very busy at all(now I know why). We waited for about 5 – 10 minutes to be seated, which was fine, but they put us into the far corner of the restaurant where we were felt secluded and out of sight of the waiters. After about 5 min or so of sitting down our waitress got our drink and food orders. It took about 15 min to get drinks, which I thought was a little slow for how many people were there. The food however, is another story. I ordered the Nachos and Mac and Cheese, and my girlfriend ordered the potato wedges with a small basket of wings. It took 40 min to get our food, and best of all the food was wrong! My nachos had no cheese on them at all… what are nachos without cheese? And my girlfriend’s potato wedges were burnt. We kindly asked for the waitress to remake the items, and she said that wasn’t a problem. I then asked if I could have another basket of vegetables since I had to send my nachos back, and was hungry. She said that I would have to pay 60 cents for a refill. Really?! My food was made wrong so I have to pay for a couple carrots and celery sticks? While we waited we asked for additional napkins, blue cheese dressing, and salsa. This also took a very long time to get and were brought out by a few different waiters that we had not seen before, which we thought was weird. After waiting 30 more minutes for my nachos to be remade we called over the Manager. He said that he would check on the nachos and potato wedges for us. He left and came back in a about a minute with our food. I was wondering how long they were done for if he can get them so quickly, and why our waitress couldn’t have done that. They had put more cheese on the nachos, but the cheese was cold. At this point I was angry and dissatisfied, so I did not even bother eating them. After all the frustration we told the manager again about all of our problems. He told us that he would comp the nachos and wedges. After bringing the check back the did not comp either of them. I told the waitress who then told her boss, and they finally fixed it. We were finally on our way out, and the manager stopped us to apologize again. The part that frustrated me is that he said that this happened because his two best workers called off last minute. First of all, why do you have only 2 good employees that work for you? And secondly, they never do good even with their two best employees because their Unilocal reviews say otherwise. The whole experience was absolutely terrible, and that says a lot. I regularly attend the BWW in Moreno Valley and have never had any real issues there. After reading other reviews, I am not surprised that they only have 2 ½ stars. Trust me when I say I will never be back to this location.

One star for the place Overall three stars because of out awesome waitress Eden(not sure if I spelled it right) So far have been sitting here for 47 minutes. Still waiting on our food and for our drinks to be refilled. About 50% or even less of the place is full and yet they’re still going at a super slow pace. We were told if we went to the bar area it would be quicker. If this is is quick, sign me out. No thanks! Yes it’s Thursday night wing night but it’s 4 in the afternoon people don’t usually show up till like 6 or even 7PM and on. I’ll skip this location and go to my usual one in Corona from now on.

The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the excellent service of the bartender. I had ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich which to my surprise when arrived was so small it could fit in the palm of my hand and so sodium heavy I had to drink three glasses of water just to help me be able to finish it. The manager came by after I had told the bartender how bad it was and said he would make me another sandwich however after 20 minutes lapsing he never returned to make good on his promise and ignored me from there. So I paid my tab and left. Overall for the price of the sandwich and the portion I give 1 star. However the courtesy and friendliness of the bartender was appreciated.

Like other reviews, service was SOO slow… Even though it was not busy whatsoever. I told my waitress to give me a few mins before ordering, and by the time I was ready she was just standing in the front. I had no idea what she was doing, but whatever she was doing, she should’ve at least taken some time to check to see if we were ready or not. I got impatient so I asked a walk by waitress if she could take our order. Nice enough, she took our order in a polite manner. Food came out fast and she was super attentive. Food are good as usual plus 2nd waitress was awesome so I gave this review a 4 stars.
