Do not recommend this place at all. Horrible customer service. A lady started on me and then while my nails were soaking, she went and ate. She came back with hot Cheetos all over her mouth and hands and then started working on my nails again and got hot Cheetos all over my hands. GROSS. Then this lady didn’t even finish my nails she went to go start on someone else. Then another lady comes over and finishes my nails. While she is doing my nails, she starts working on someone else’s nails. There was a big bug crawling on the floor there. Did a very sloppy job on my nails.

I’m new to the area and I stumbled upon this nail salon one weekend. Walked in the first time for white tips + eyebrow wax. Got seated pretty fast but since there were only two people working on hands, I waited a little longer.
The service was nice and so were the people. The man and woman kept switching though which I didn’t understand. But overall for a first visit, it was nice and they are very affordable!

I have been a VERY LOYAL customer to Cool Nails. I’ve been going for a year now every 2 weeks. Today has been the most unprofessional day I have experienced. Ok first off they’re supposed to be open at 9. I get there at 9:18 and no ones there. This has happened before. So I decide to wait another 5 minutes. An employee arrives during that time, she sees me, parks, then leaves! I was infuriated. Cool Nails isn’t professional what’s so ever! I don’t recommend coming here! I’ve also seen ROACHES in their containers while I was getting my nails done the last time. So I bring my own tools when they’re going to do my nails with Julie. I’m no longer coming to Cool Nails. Julie is such a sweetheart but her employees aren’t! They’re ALWAYS LATE and they take forever to do a basic fill or full set. Julie is a great technician, that’s the only reason why I’ve kept going to Cool Nails despite other mishaps. I honestly do not recommend coming here.

Julie did a great job on my eyelash extensions! I paid $ 15 …took about half an hour maybe 45 mins at most! She took her time and was gentle. I will be a returning client! Thanks Julie!
