Love this Cosmo prof. the Girls are friendly, helpful and welcoming :)

I went to this location only because I saw it had five stars, and I was utterly disappointed. I came into the store in order to get setting lotion for a water perm. I asked the first girl I saw for assistance with which products wouldn’t be permanent, and she only sent me to the isle, and walked away. I went up to the girl at the register, and she was too busy talking to her friend to realize I was there. She finally acknowledged me, and couldn’t tell me which products would be useful for the set I was doing. At one point she told me, «I think this is actually for ethnic hair», as if I was not going to be able to use it on any other hair types. I decided not to buy any products, since I was more confused then when I went in. I only decided to change my mailing address, which she obviously didn’t want to help me with, since her response was to call the 800#. I insisted she helped me, and once she was finally convinced, it took less than 5 mins. She even recommend that we go to Sally’s, so we did. The girl working behind the counter at Sally’s was more helpful and knowledgeable, and did not have any salon/​cosmotology knowledge. Would rather drive the extra 5 miles to go to the San Bernardino location! At least they’re helpful!

Great service every time I go. I usually always call ahead and they put what I need on hold until I can make it. The ladies are informative and always letting me know what types of product I should use for certain textures and colors. They are a bit pricey, yet it’s worth it.

I love this location! The staff is always helpful and my items are always in stock so they must keep good records.
