Craig is very informative, honest and overall a nice guy. The work he and his employees perform is second to none. I am completely satisfied with my home renovations. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family! Best prices!

I had Craig look into doing a patio for my home and he came out and gave me some great ideas and different options for a Pergola patio to add to our house. I was recommended by a friend to use Craig and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional honest contractor. He provided me with several options and explained clearly what the costs are going to be. I am planning on moving forward with a new patio and I will post pictures once it is complete.

My husband and I are doing some work on our home and are seeking estimates. When I called Craig from CXI, he was very nice and even informative on some of the changes we wanted to make. We set up an appointment with Craig on 8⁄4 at 10 a.m. Shortly after 10, he called and said he’d be late – he’d be there in half an hour. By the time he arrived, he was over two hours late. He took measurements, but he never looked my husband in the eye or took charge of the conversation. My husband had to ask the questions.(And, trust me, we are not construction experts. The only construction knowledge we have is from watching Holmes on Homes.) My husband got a bad vibe from him because of his tardiness, lack of eye contact, and lack of assertiveness during the appointment. Additionally, although we were assured an estimate that evening, we didn’t receive one then. We didn’t even receive a phone call telling us there would be a delay.** Truth is, it’s not a $ 10,000 job. It’s probably going to be half that. So it’s probably«small potatoes» to him. But if he wasn’t interested, he should have been upfront about it. There’s nothing wrong with being honest. In fact, to us, it’s a sign of respect. **We received an estimate from Craig at CXI on 8⁄11.
