Horrible experience with Frank From this business. This is a summary of the events. Hired him to build a custom powder coated security door. Give down payment on ⁷⁄₂₈. After the first door came out bad he built a second door and I finally had a door installed on ¹⁰⁄₁₄. Approximately a month later paint is chipping off the door on several areas, rust is developing, and some areas appear to not be painted correctly. Have not been able to successfully resolve the issue with him. His solution to solve the problem was to put spray paint on a brush and cover the areas where the paint was chipping off and the areas that had exposed metal on the frame. The spray paint he applied is a different color brown then the paint already on my door. I caught him in several lies of where he claimed the door was painted. I contacted the powder coating companies and one of them only sold powder coating supplies and the other company after looking at photos of the door confirmed they did not powder coat the door. I have spoke with other powder coating companies and all have advised it is not normal for paint to be coming off an item that has been powder coated properly. He blames the problem on me for cleaning the door one time with a garden hose as I was instructed by him to do when he first installed the door. He claimed he is professional but calls you names when you ask him why he lied about where the door was painted. Based on my experience I would not recommended him.
