Dr. Cooper always treats me like family, have been coming here for a very long time, I wouldn’t trade them for anything! His assistance try there best to do there job and have very good customer service.

I had a great experience coming. The doctor was really nice and the receptionist were great. They had a great selection of glasses and not really that expensive. I would absolutely refer anyone to go here. 5!!!

The assistants who work here could be a lot nicer as far as customer service goes, but Dr. Cooper is so ridiculously nice — I feel like he’s a grandpa going to sneak me candy. Their hours are a little weird, I believe they are closed on Wednesdays (and Sundays?) and Fridays they close at like 12:30, and everyday they close for lunch which is either 12 – 1 or 1 – 2 I think. Though their hours are like this and the assistants could take a lesson on nice-ness from the Dr. himself, it’s well worth it to go here since it is centrally located (pretty much every bus passes by here), Dr. Cooper is really nice and is pretty fast, and the glasses themselves don’t cost an arm and a leg. With my insurance I got some really good ones for $ 20, without which they would have only been $ 120, so not too bad a price for glasses I’m really happy with. They have a nice variety too (designer and cheap), and your prescription will be ready within 4 business days, which you have to pick up because they don’t mail out. This place is located on University right in front of the oddly located Cask and Cleaver restaurant.
