Cheryl she kept our deposit!!! Weak! We the full price was somewhere around $ 2100 & we paid multiple payments with the first one being the non-​refundable $ 500, which we understood. But when we decided to use a different florist we expected her to keep the $ 500 which we agreed to be fair, unexpectedly our additional payments towards the balance apparently was counted as a deposit and therefore she kept! We were shocked! Fortunately we found a better florist that was great. She does not do business well… My wife and I found her at some wedding expo and boy was it a hassle. We met at her place a couple of times to discuss plans.

I just got married over the weekend and I was so happy with the service and flowers that we got from Cheryl and her staff. Cheryl was very easy to work with eventhough I was not the easiest person to please. At my mock up I was not happy with the flowers and she changed it until it was perfect. The wedding day came and everything turned out perfect, nobody had to tell her what to do and she didn’t have to ask anybody any questions because we had worked out everything before hand. She is organized, helpful, creative and kind and I couldn’t be happier!
