Farmer Boys

I went through the drive through 6÷15÷2016.
As I go to pay I notice the older guy that was working the window had taken the amount of my food bill and added it again to the Tip line. So he doubled my purchase amount. As I looked and the card receipt I noticed and called him on it. He began to shake like a kid caught with his hand in a cookie jar. He continually groveled. He took my card and credited me back. Now I have to wait for my money to come back into my account on his bad…
My thought is how many times did he/​they get away with it?

Had the Farmer’s Burger and it was great. really satisfied my craving for a burger.

It was my first time there and customer service is ok but $ 12.00 for a cheese hamburger (meal) is too expensive due to it was missing tomatoes, lettuce, at McDonalds you can get 2 decent hamburgers with everything included for $ 5.00 unfortunately I won’t be back.

I recently moved to the area and I love Farmer Boys so I found this one near my home. I got there at 6:58 and waited at the drive thru, because they open at 7am. I waited until 7:05 and no one asked to help me. If the website gives the hours, it’s professional to open at the posted time. I back tracked on my way to work to hit this location and it was a wait of time, and I started the day off with no breakfast!

Went inside to order my food because last time I went there it took FOREVER to get my food in the drive thru. I ordered my food and it came in a reasonable amount of time, however when I received my food the young man only put two ketchup packets in my bag. I asked him if I could have more because I like to use a lot of ketchup on my fries so he gave me two more? I asked him again if I could have a few more so he gives me three more. He asked me in a sarcastic voice if there was anything else he could do for me and I said yes, could I get some salt and a refill on my drink, well this must have really made him upset because he filled my drink and set it down almost out of my reach, then again very sarcastically said «have a nice evening» and rolled his eyes and the manager was standing right there. When I got back to work to eat my food the burger was cold the fries were mushy. The food is expensive, won’t be going back needless to say. Oh and there was only one napkin in the bag.

Update: it was so nice of the manager to respond to me so quickly and I will definitely give them another chance. I have always had great experiences when I deal with him directly in the store and he is always extremely sweet and helpful. I hate to leave a bad review but unfortunately it is not him who is the problem it is his staff! I am glad to hear they will be making changes :)
I work near this farmer boys and my co workers and I go here often however recently a coworker went here to pick up our lunch order and requested extra ranch. She even said to charge her extra because she knew she wanted a lot. When we arrive they have her one ranch. When she asked for another they handed her one more. She told them she paid extra for extra ranch and the girl at the drive thru refused and the girl behind her walked up and told her «you got your extra ranch you can leave now». I cannot believe how petty and rude these drive thru employees were. It has been almost 2 months and we still refuse to go there. I hope one packet of ranch was worth mine and my coworkers business. I hope the girl w the fake red hair gets paid in ranch packets.

The servers are always kind,
the cost of food is more than your average place but I would rather pay more and have better quality food then pay 2 $ for something that is crap and made in 5 seconds.
The food tastes amazing, the fried zucchini is bomb!

Terrible service. There’s a girl I think her name is Leslie, she worked at the drive thru window when I came through, she is rude. When I asked her about an item on the menu, she had no clue, it took her a couple minutes to respond, I asked her a second question and she didn’t even respond to that! I sat there for almost five minutes, mind you this is a drive thru, defeats the whole purpose of going through the drive thru if I’m going to sit there for nothing. I finally get to the window, and asked her for ranch, she rolls her eyes at me and gives me a dirty look, wtf. The food is good, but I won’t be coming back with that attitude and disrespect.

Always courteous and take my order with a smile.
Staff is helpful and not stuck up little college kids.
Food is amazing!
I have no complaints about the food, other than the salads here are dry.
Everything else is amazing.

Everyone is so nice, food was good and last but definitely not least a couple employees came to check on me to ask if I needed anything. Love it!

I’m really disappointed at how much Farmers Boy charges and what you get. Yesterday I drove tru at 10:30 AM and ordered the Charbroiled Chicken Wrap. I should’ve taken pictures of yesterday’s wrap because I literally got two pieces of chicken in it! I was like wow! I can’t believe I paid almost $ 10 for just this wrap! Today I went back before work because it’s the closest thing to being healthy around me. I did the same thing as yesterday. I drove tru and ordered the same thing except this time I had informed the drive tru worker about yesterday’s wrap. She told me, «you can pay extra to add more chicken». I said, «I don’t want to pay extra for chicken because it’s called a chicken wrap but it seems more like just a lettuce wrap». She said, «okay, I will let the cook know». Cool! Thanks! I got to work and took the wrap out of the bag and noticed that it was thicker and more filling! Cool! I’m excited! Until I bit into it and saw that they had just ONLY added more lettuce! I was like ok let me bit down some more and maybe it’s in the middle or at the bottom. Nope! I had ONE piece of chicken for each quarter of the wrap! Pictures of each quarter will be posted soon because I was baffled at how they took my input. If you guys want a lettuce wrap for almost $ 10 you should definitely get that! If not! I suggest ordering a burger because at least you’ll get what you pay for! Here’s a little tip. Portion out your food!

BEWARE OF RUDE MANAGEMENT! My husband went here about a week ago and we are never going back. I sent my husband to order two BBQ chicken wraps. When he came home he was mad because the girl at the counter charged him for one. He then corrects her and says no I wanted two. When she goes to correct the order. There computer shut down. Finally when my husband got home we open the bag and she gave him two chicken wraps! We asked for BBQ chicken wraps. What frustrated us the most is that my husband called and spoke to the manager. He refused to fix the order. Told my husband that he didn’t know if he was telling the truth or not. We felt disrespected! Thank god The Habit just opened up on Tyler. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I made the mistake of going through the drive through on my way to work… This place is WAY OVERPRICED!!! Food is decent but really, over $ 7.00 for a breakfast burrito… If I had not pulled into the driveway, I would have left… You can get a better breakfast burrito at Alberto’s for ½ that price… Their whole menu is overpriced! Even their employed agreed with me and said they wouldn’t eat here if it wasn’t for their employee discount… RIP OFF!!!

Place is actually really good. I came here because my bestfriend is from the IE and she says her boyfriend loves this place. Food was actually really good for fast food. Got the kids meal and it was more then enough. Cool thing is they actually cook your burger and not just hear it up. Was expecting a McDonald’s experience because it was so late night but it was decent fast food. I will be back.

One of my favorite places to come eat. I usually come in on Saturdays for breakfast (which I believe is served all day). For a fast food restaurant they treat everyone well. The staff will come and clean up your plates when your done if they’re walking around the dining area and ask how everything is. Seems like they have it down better than some sit down restaurants. I also like their burgers here. Never really had anything I didn’t like here. Free refills even though you have to ask as they fountains are behind the counter. The line can be a bit confusing as the area is small and not everyone goes to the back of the line, people just back up into the waiting room. Wish they would put a «line starts over here» Sign or something at least. Really not a complaint though in my opinion. They usually know who was there first.

The food was Great, hot, perfect temperature, perfect amount of ice on our drinks now this was good fresh and tasty I will be back especially because the customer service was good I hope I don’t have to change my review

I don’t know why this location doesn’t have a higher rating. They are very hospitable here and they are always cleaning up after customers to make their experience better. Sam, the manager, walks around to all the tables and makes sure everyone has everything they wanted and the correct order. He even uses a single point cane but that doesn’t stop him from walking from table to table. Apparently I used a Farmer Boys coupon that wasn’t theirs (I got it from a coworker) but Sam said he would honor it as a courtesy to me. Very kind guy with a great staff helping him out. I’m glad this place is close to my work. I’ll definitely be coming again

This place is good the staff is nice! I think it’s a bit on the expensive side since they charge for individual items and if u get the combination it’s a bit much ! I have to say I like that u can add different combination sides (mix up combos)

The food here is delicious! They have the best ranch dressing and the zucchini is amazing. I have been to several other Farmer Boys locations, but this is by far the best. The customer service is great and the manager is always really friendly. I highly recommend this place!
