When I go to an antique shop i love to see unusual items or just beautiful items that leave me in awe! I didn’t get that here. Also there were some items, I feel, were extremely over priced. For example a Styrofoam mannequin head that was dirty and chunks ripped out of it for $ 20.00. This head looked more modern, it actually looked exactly like the ones that sell at hobby lobby for $ 5.

I entered the store and 2 employees were engaged in a full blown conversation/gossip in which neither of them even bothered to acknowledge me. I walked passed them to get to the other side of the store and for a second I had to remind myself that I was not invisible but that the clerks were deliberately choosing not to acknowledge me. Of course there could be several reasons; the topic of the gossip was just too juicy to pull themselves away to say hi; I didn’t fit the image of a typical antique buyer so they would rather save their energy and voice box to greet a «typical» client; they were tired and didn’t feel like it… etc I’m choosing to come up with reasons so I can distract my mind from settling on the typical«it’s because I’m black». Interestingly, another patron walked in the store and one of the ladies started to tell her all the specials they currently had in the store… SONOFA…To the clerk’s credit, this client did look like a typical antique shopperNext time I’ll age about 30 plus years and wear my velour jumpsuit… maybe then I’ll have a different experience or not…

Wanted to ‘re update on the business. Because it’s half a consignement store with dealers selling their own individual stuff, a lot of the«help» around there are the dealer themselves. So any rudeness is NEVER directly from the boss Toni. She’s usually behind the register. Also her friend help, Melissa who also helps runs things is fantistic and so warming. The pictures up are a little old, but the store has expanded tremendously and has added furniture to the back. This place is the cutest

If you’re looking for an ugly Christmas sweater, this is the place! The workers and owners are lovely and very helpful. I don’t mind driving the thirty minutes to get here just to look around and talk to friendly people. Don’t pass this place up!

They have a lot of cool and interesting things. I went in there to see if I could find a dress for halloween and in less than 10 minutes I saw the dress that I felt was for me and purchased it without thinking about it twice. I went home and did some research about the dress and found out that it was a wedding dress from the 1960s. Which surprised me because it looked like such an expensive dress but ended up getting it for a good deal! Overall friendly staff as well ^_^ I will definetly go there again.

Cool stuff. A bit too crowded. Hope you don’t go on a weekend so stuff doesn’t get knocked on the floor. They ought to clear up the aisles for walking paths. The staff is helpful but the Hispanic lady who always wear the baseball cap is bossy and rude. Be nice if you want repeat customers.

Cool place. Full of interesting things. Friendly staff. And prices can always be haggled down. Recently expanded too! Not too bad. Come in during the weekend. Probably the best time to go.

This shop is mostly Asian orientated: there were many gorgeous pieces. I entered the shop near closing, explored(I was fortunate to avoid the man who follows you around till the very end), and was ready to buy a few things from behind the counter and in the cases. The woman behind the counter had been haggling prices with a customer(and the man) for the entire duration before she turned to me and gruffly asked me what I was doing. I replied and she said, «Oh we are closed! You can come back tomorrow because I am tired.» I looked at the clock and it was only ten minutes before the marked closing hours. If she were going to check out early I do not understand why she would not turn off the electric ‘Open’ sign and close the door, and instead make me feel as though I was the one who had done something wrong.

This place has cool stuff but the guy who works there is on you like a tick on a dog and really brings down the experience. I felt really uncomfortable the whole time I was there and not only did I not buy anything, I will never shop there again. Not a really solid way to conduct a business IMO.
