The store was an average gamestop. I would go to gamestop more if they gave more for trade ins. They give you $ 5 then turn around and sell it for $ 50. They give you little things for preorders but now everyone else does that too. I think everyone else is up to par with them, so the only thing they have is customer service and that wasn’t anything but average.

This is the GameStop I will always go to even I have one closer to my house. The staffs here are friendly and helpful, especially Michael. With a huge knowledge of gaming systems and games, they are able to answer my question perfectly every time.

I went in to get some information and the two males working there were extremely pretentious and rude especially an employee named johnson. I have worked in retail in my youth and would never in my life think about getting defensive with a customer. I recommend going to another gamestop or just buying on amazon.

With this GameStop being the closest to where I lived I feared it would be like any other GameStop I have been to. When my wife and I went to make a very large trade-in(Xbox 360, PS3, iPhone 4S, and multiple games for each system), we were delighted to be helped by Michael. Not only was he very welcoming and friendly, but he was very knowledgeable about the whole trade-in process. During our long transaction period of what consisted of more than an hour Michael was able to make it feel like a breeze. We were able to chat about different games and systems and I felt like he understood my play style and the games that I enjoy playing. Overall we were thrilled with the whole process and our purchases that evening. We have never been to a GameStop with such a welcoming and friendly staff. We will definitely be returning again soon with top notch service like this.

I’ve experienced impatience at closing time with the staff, I think if they could close 5 mins early they would. I like that the store is stocked and organized, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they sell used games and have a trade in program.

Good store with knowledgeable staff. Sometimes they are understaffed for a première. When CODBO2 came out we were wrapped around the building with pre-order. You have to know it’s going to be crazy so staff more. I won’t ding them because they are a great staff but I can’t do the 5Star because there should be a pre-order line only.

By far the best Gamestop location I’ve been to, and am willing to drive past multiple other Gamestop locations to go to this one. Why, you may ask? Simply put, it’s due to the friendliest staff I have EVER encountered at a Gamestop. The employees were ALWAYS nice every time I went in, unlike some other experiences I’ve had Pricing is about the same as any other store, though I must admit that I find the price of some used games to be ridiculous($ 55.99 for a beat up USED copy of Skyrim? I might as well buy a new copy for 5 bucks more and get it sealed, and this is at all stores) All in all, this particular location is usually my first, well it is my ONLY, Gamestop choice

This is where we usually get our ps3 games. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Place is clean and organized. Prices(as far as new games) are pretty much the same as everywhere else. They have a wide selection of USED games thats pretty inexpensive. Some of the USED games they have barely just came out too. We don’t buy accessories here though, it seems cheaper to buy those online( ). They have TRADE-In program too, which I’m not too familiar with but I see a lot of people bringing in their old games for store credit or straight trade.
