Kind enough as a person, beyond ethical standards as a doctor. First of all I was referred by my primary, and the appointment was two months away for a new patient. Oookk, trusting the referral to a «good» dr I decided to go anyway. I’ve had excruciating ear and neck pain for some time, and after taking an x-​Ray he said there was likely a thyroglossal duct cyst and that we needed to do a laryngoscope to confirm. Two weeks after the procedure still no follow up call, when I phone in to ask why, I am told I would receive a call back from the dr. Another two weeks go by and still no call. So 3 months have now gone by waiting on this dr. By this time I have developed constant tinnitus which is has led to hearing loss. I have lost about 50% of my hearing in my right ear. Not to mention still in a lot of pain. When I am finally given the results I was told there was no cyst. No explanation was given for what it could have been that showed in the x-​ray. They displayed no sense of urgency, no genuine care, and didn’t offer a follow up appointment to see what else could be done. This doctor needs to retire, it is apparent he doesn’t care about his patients and is just doing the bare minimum.
