i can’t… the food just kills Hooters for me. services is fine, beers are okay, games are okay, but the food really turns me off about hooters. maybe it’s just personal preference, but the quality just isn’t there.

Came Here Last Night For Some Wings & Was Pleasantly Surprised. The Last Couple Times I’ve Been There Were Disappointing. The Service Was Not So Great, Wings Were Way Over Breaded, & The Drinks Were Horribly Strong. But Last Night Was MUCH Different. The Wings Were So Good, How They Use To Be When I First Went To Hooters. The Drinks Tasted Great & Smooth. Our Waitress Was Constantly Checking On Us Too. Very Pleased.

Had 50 wings between 3 people and the wings are great. But I remembered the 911 sauce was supposed to be spicier.

I hadn’t visited this Hooter’s for well over a year, but have often enjoyed the service and food. I went today, on a Sunday, for lunch. Kids eat free, which was great, since we had 2, within our party of 5.
The restaurant was clean, plenty of places to sit (I like the large table options), and the noise level was moderate, despite music being played and sporting events being televised.
I’m counting calories, so I was pleasantly surprised to see a low calorie section, which lists better choices, plus ways you can further reduce your caloric input. Loved that.
I split the steamed shrimp, with my boyfriend, as an appetizer. Of course, I skipped the cocktail sauce and butter. It’s frustrating to have to peel them yourself, but we managed quite easily. I ordered the Big Fish Sandwich, for my entrée. I asked for no bun, but was told they don’t do a lettuce wrap. Instead, it came out grilled, and on top of shredded lettuce. I personally, wasn’t that satisfied with the fish. It had quite a bit of skin, and was smaller in size than I’d assumed. My love ordered the fish tacos. There were 3 of them. He enjoyed them, and the salsa/​hot sauce, provided a kick. The kids split sliders and crab legs, and other guests had mozzarella sticks. Everyone was satisfied.
Our server was Courtny and she did a nice job checking on us and refilling beverages. I also liked how the manager Joe would walk the floor and also follow up with seated guests. Some hide in their offices, but his customer service, rapport, and attention to the store was admireable and appreciated.
I’d go back again, easily.

ok. Alexa was really nice. She was a great waitress and I don’t want my crap rating to affect her. She was nice and had our refills out quickly. She’s the only reason why I’m giving this place two stars instead of one.
I ordered the taco salad with several modifications. Thank you again Alexa.
Do i expect a great amazing one salad to rule them all at hooters?
Hell no.
Do I expect a meatless salad to make me feel sick after?

My husband ordered the same thing as i did. He has a stronger stomach then i do but he felt sick too. Super disappointed. At least we didn’t throw up.
Also how much dressing could you possibly need on a salad? According to hooters apparently it’s the whole damn bottle. Yuck.

Went for the Alvarez vs Khan fight, girls were friendly and professional. The reason I’m giving one star though is because my wife and I paid $ 20 to watch the fight and couldn’t even hear the whole fight. Talked to the manager and he said he couldn’t turn the speakers up any higher otherwise they get fuzzy. That needs to be fixed, especially when patrons are paying big money to get the whole experience of the fight which includes being able to HEAR what’s going on.

Where to start. Got here 3:10 place was empty ok about ¾ tables. Waited 5min to get drink order in. Sat with empty Water Drink for 10min! On top of it all I had 2 Coupons that where given to me by a manager. The Manager on Duty was a bit Rude that they should have been signed. Umm did I know that??? «No» While writing this review we are Still waiting for Water Refill… Our Chicken Wings were under Cooked and never have been asked if we needed anything. Annoying!!! Also we ate with our trash sitting right by our plates, had to flag someone down to take away our pile of napkins. As a patron of many eating establishments, I’ve never had to work so hard while I’m trying to enjoy a meal. I was told this location is sub-​par, guess I should of taken my friends word for it. TGI FRIDAYS here I come.

Was there for an hr and all we got was cold wings and they had to make us new ones but by them we left

I really dont know what happened to this place! First off, the music was soo loud that you couldnt have a conversation across the table! We were seated and then waited for 15 minutes watching every waitress walk by without even acknowledging us. We had to walk back up and ask the hostess if someone would take our order. After that a waitress finally showed up and took our order. Once we finished our first plate of the all you can eat wings, we had to wait another 15 minutes for our waitress to ask us if we wanted more. When they brought our second plate out, my order and my moms order were on the same plate, I have never ever seen that! I could see that we were not the only ones looking around wondering where our waitresses were. If I could give 0 stars I would!
The hostess Vita was great and she gets 5 stars on her own!

Worst service messed up on my beer and my tab charging me someone elses food on my tab

If i could a zero came for the manny paquio fight paid $ 10 to get in sat down order a picher of beer fpr my husband before i can order my drink waitress left came back took my order 25 minutes later got my drink server came back 15minutes later ask if we needed anything order fried pickes were so salty order another drink had to wait another 15 for my drink again had order another picher for my husband brought him blue moon when we had order 2x grab the blue moom came vack with our 2×10 minutes later order another pink passion wont be coming back lack of service and long of a wait for drink when place is not even full…

Went here today and had a good experience. Service was great and food was yummy. We mainly go here for the wings but also tried a few other things and all were very good. The only reasons that I didn’t give 5 stars were that I ordered Buffalo chicken tacos and got regular chicken tacos and the had a B rating. Gross, I know, but we really wanted some good wings! No clue what the B was for but everything seemed fine to us.

Stopped by and had great service and food was hot and fresh. Thanks Amber for the service! Everyone was friendly and quick.

Came here today with my wife for the first time. I was always told that they had great food but i was not impressed! It took along time for the food to come out and when it did it was extremely cold and had to be sent back. The service wasn’t to great it seemed like the servers cared more about the groups of men the us. She only came to our table twice, when she was visiting other tables very frequently and having very long conversation with them. Very disappointed and not sure if we will ever come back. I rather go to chillis

This Hooters is sort of your usual Hooters. Yes! A nice sports bar with TVs everywhere, cold beer and descent wings. Wow that sounds like Deja vu. As I walked in this place was a bit darker than most Hooters I’ve been to across the US. But I was stuck in traffic and no hurry to get where I was going. I took a stool at the bar. Took a little bit time to get to me. Only one bartender and It looked like the Girls were changing shift. They were all at a table talking with the Manager. It was ok I had my bartender. I ordered a Beer and Ice cold like always. I decided that since I was here I would just order some wings. I was quickly informed that it was happy hour time. So I got 2 types of appetizers. Got some shrimp and some chicken strips. I did order some wing a bit latter. But for now I would enjoy these. The food was ok. It’s Hooters. So you what you will be getting. The service seemed a bit slow on the tables. Not crowded at all. But they always got a beer. I noticed a family celebrating a kids birthday. Seemed odd. Who does that. But since this a family style environment. I guess I understand. The waitresses wore the Usual attire. I’m always wondering if the 80’s workout socks are ever going to change. This is a good place to get a drink and some wings. Its just a little dark inside.

(Zero) I agree the service was non existent. We actually left and no one even realized we did. Although we were seated immediately and water served immediately, we waited 15 minutes and no one came to take our order or to say they will be back.
Meanwhile the table next to us was getting serviced but the server just kept walking away. Also noticed there was hardly any servers walking around. It wasn’t a busy day as a matter of fact there were plenty of seats open. We just took off. If the service is this bad when they are not busy I can’t imagine what it’s like when it’s busy. Glad we didn’t stay. Headed to roadhouse in

I’m a Hooters fan, love the wings. I used to work in Orange County and frequented the Katella location often.
I tried this one a couple times, the last being 2012. I gave them another shot and remembered why I’d rather drive 35 minutes than go locally.
Very simply the food quality is not up to Hooters standards. I could put up with the mediocre service if the wings were proper.
If you’re looking for Hooters quality, this isn’t it.

We came in for a quick meal on a Wednesday night. The location seemed pretty easily accessible and fairly well kept. We sat ourselves and waited for the server to come to our table. She gave us plenty of time took our drink and appetizer order. We ordered hot buffalo shrimp. That came out and it was amazing as usual. The shrimp was lightly breaded and heavily sauced in true hooters fashion. My favorite thing on the menu so I was completely satisfied with it. After the appetizer came out we placed our order. We ordered 50 wings with five different sauces. And an order of the new fries the have. Spicy garlic, medium, honey chipotle, garlic Parmesan. The fifth was like a salt and pepper rub or something similar.
Before the order came out our server let us know she was leaving and another server would be taking her place. This wasn’t an issue at all until the new server never seemed to show up. Meanwhile our previous serve was still running out cleaning up and taking care of business.
When the wings were ready all were delivered. They sent out 10 bbq wings instead of the spicy garlic. This wasn’t an issue as they fixed it and brought the spicy garlic promptly.
This is where the bad starts. When we started eating, I noticed that the wings were what seemed to be double or triple breaded! This was so bad because they seemed like premade or precooked wings. The breading was hard, overcooked and not very good! It was like we were eating rocks and sand. Usually hooters tosses the wings in sauces and it softens the breading a little bit. Clearly not the case here. The wings here were drizzled with sauce but just enough to hit each wing! Usually hooters has enough sauce to dip celery, French fries, bread or whatever in the extra sauce on the plate and these had none. I asked the server about it and she said order them extra wet next time. There will be no next time.
The new server came up to the table looked at the empty cups and asked if we wanted more beverages! Don’t ask just fill! The first server tiana was great, the second one was terrible. It wasn’t even busy enough to warrant any excuses for shitty service.
I won’t come back here. Service lacked, food was less than mediocre (any drizzle of sauce on the massive breading helped with digestion). This location needs help from corporate! I’ve been to multiple hooters locations in many different states because I enjoy the food and atmosphereso I expected nothing less!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Wing stop or BWW isn’t too far away.
One star for delicious shrimp and sauces. Nothing more.

Yes, I am a fan of pickles, and the funny thing is that I’m always the one asking my boyfriend if we could go to Hooters, just because I love their fried pickles and dipping sauce so much, lol.
Wings are average and nothing special. The service here is always good. I just love those darn fried pickles so much — it’s the only reason why I go here. And for the portions you get, especially during happy hour — totally worth it.
