House of Beauty Eyebrow Threading

I just wanted to take the time and mention that Ruby is amazing. She keeps my brows nice and thick and my shape has improved since coming to her. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going in on Friday or Saturday mornings (that’s when she works). I’m seeing a lot of reviews that have negative things to say about this place but I’ve never once had a problem. The owner who was also there on Friday morning was really sweet as well.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The girl gave me uneven brows and when I told her they were uneven, she just made it worse! Furthermore, I now have FIVE small cuts (all with visible scars) both near my eyebrow and on my eyelids because she was so harsh on my brows. ⁰⁄₅ would not recommend. There are other places in the area that charge less and do a much better job.

i’ve only been here once but i was happy with what they did. i’ll be back next time! they were quick and have a discount for first time customers. definitely worth a try.

Came here for the first time after my 12 hour shift. Loved that they were open till 8pm, no line and NO PAIN. Literally didn’t feel a thing! I’m very impressed and will be a regular.

Absolutely loved the way my eyebrows turned out. I went in looking like a monster and came out looking like a princess lol. Seriously though, the professionalism was excellent. Very clean salon. Will be recommending to everyone!!!

I went to get my eyebrows cleaned and it was a horrible experience. I told them specifically that I had already sparse hair and that just wanted a slight clean up not a total reshaping. The women just shushed me and threaded my eyebrows. She made the eyebrows way to thin and made it look like the type of eyebrows you would get if you attempted to do your own eyebrows in high school. Now I need to wait several months and hope that my eyebrow grows back. Definitely not coming back.

I have thicker eyebrows and that’s the way I like them. I am Indian so I know the whole process of threading. I have gone to many salons before and they always tend to mess up your eyebrows somehow. I came to this place hoping the lady would listen to what I wanted because I gave her clear instructions to make it sharp, long and to keep the thickness. Unfortunately because of her ego she shushed me like I didn’t know the process. So I trusted her… which was a big mistake. She ruined the shape of my eyebrows. Will never go here again. How can someone have so much ego yet still not know how to thread eyebrows properly.

Very friendly. Quick service and good prices. Not much more to say besides I wish I remembered who did my eyebrows last time because she was a wizard with that thread.

Worst customer service ever. Went in today and the woman who helped me didn’t even greet me. She seemed to be on a bad mood. She threaded my eyebrows and didn’t even bother to clean up all the hairs that were left all over my face. I told her to give me a tissue so I could do it myself. This is the third time she does this. I don’t understand how she still works there. I gave her a tip but she didn’t even say thank you. I will not be coming back to this place thanks to her.

After being a regular customer for 8 years I’ve decided today that I will no longer come here.
I’m honestly frustrated with the inconsistency as of late. About a month ago I came to get my brows done with the fuller girl that’s on the third seat to the left when you walk in. I left with my eyebrow parted in half. She cut my hair to short so the middle part looked bald. I said no big deal it was probably an off day so I just filled it in until it grew back.
I go back in today to give them another chance, same lady, and she finishes my eyebrows in less than 3 minutes. Seriously. I check the mirror when she said she was done and I see that my eyebrows who were once sisters are now third cousins. & you know that feeling when you’re not happy but you’re too embarrassed to say it or don’t wanna make them feel bad? That’s how I felt. So I just didn’t say anything.
She also didn’t cut my long eyebrow hair (after a month of not touching it). I lack hair but I guess the length compensates for it. So I ask her nicely if she could cut it and she barely cuts it and walks away without my approval. At this point I was like «okay?» And she didn’t give me that liquid they usually give you at the end.
I don’t know if she reached her tip goal for the day and didn’t care about getting mine (since I came in 30 minutes before closing) or what the deal was but I didn’t feel welcomed I felt like a burden. Which now makes this place seem like they don’t care about their customers.
I’m so disappointed. I live in LA and only came to get my eyebrows done here when I visited family now I’ll have to take my third cousin looking eyebrows somewhere else.

Eyebrow threading is amazing here. My eyebrows were so uneven until I went here. The lady even took me in when the store actually closed. She sat me down and TOOK HER TIME. You barely find any eyebrow threaders that take their time instead of rushing. Since she took her time my eyebrows were precisely identical to one another. The shape was a little bit thinner than what I wanted but it was so clean that I couldn’t complain. She also fixed my gap in the brows that I had for years. My eyebrow lady back home never fixed it no matter how much I asked. So glad I went here. AMAZING. Will be coming in the next two weeks.

I’m not usually over-​excessive in expressing my opinion but I do this for the sake of us women, specifically in the inland empire/​UCR community. Eyebrows are a very important part for us, striving to get them on fleek/​point/​etc. Therefore it’s imperative that if you need your eyebrows done, you come here and ask for Jenny. For a while, I would only let Jenny touch my eyebrows (had to move so I can’t see her anymore) but it was like clockwork, every 3 weeks I would go see her.
Jenny is fast, efficient, and careful, but most of all, very skilled at her craft. Even if there is a long line, she makes sure that she is precise but efficient. I don’t trust anyone else that is working there and I told myself that if I were to get rich, I would fly Jenny out to do my eyebrows much like how a NBA player would fly their barber out lol.
Take my advice, don’t risk it with anyone else.

It was a whole new experience today as far as customer service goes! much more friendly.

Make sure they blow on the wax before they apply it to your face. They are good for Brazilians though. Goodluck.

First time here, got recommended by a friend and I would have to say not too shabby.
As soon as I got in, I did not have to wait and was admitted to the chair. The lady (Rani) seemed like she already knew what to do and immediately took out the threads. I laid back, closed my eyes and within five minutes she was already done with my eyebrows. I have never gotten my eyebrows threaded before and this was the first time ever. I really like the end results and would recommend for those who needs an instant eyebrow treatment. This was worth my $ 8!
