Terrific service. I broke my iPhone6 screen, texted Jerus, brought in my phone and was on my way in 20 minutes. Broken screen to completely repaired in under an hour; AND at the cheapest price around. What’s not to like?

This place is trash honestly i don’t even know how they are still in business after the horrible job they did on my phone. If you want to get your iPhone fixed do not go to this place because they will just end up screwing it up even more b

Skip this place. Only open certain hours which is super inconvenient if you’re like me and have to get your phone fixed twice because they put a faulty screen on the first time. They use cheap screens and rude when I tried to reschedule an appointment. Also tried to get me to pay $ 109 for ANOTHER screen when it was their fault it broke in the first place. Not today, Satan.

Skip going to an APPLE place to set up an appointment. This place friendly and speaks to you like a person. Great service. Fixed an iPhone without any problem.
True customer service is rare nowadays, not at iPhone Pros where it surprises you, like damn, this is how service should be.
Very good experience. Cool part was fixed problem without all APPLE store acting like you are scheduling a surgery.

I really love the one year warranty :) and he is really nice! I had my iPhone 5s screen crashed and he fixed it for me just in 10 minutes because I was in a hurry, also he offered $ 10 screen protector but I accidentally broke it before I attached it on my phone, I told him and he gave me a new one :)!!!

Great service and fair prices! I got my iPhone 6 Space Gray screen replaced for a little less than $ 120 and it was done quick and the process was easy. Jerus also gave me a student discount since I am a UCR student. I would definitely go here again for any other Apple repairs.

the place is located in a very congested area, i think it was some sort of apartment/​housing complex that they converted to business offices? any who, i have 3 little kids each with their own ipad, ages 3,5 and 8. of course you are going to get a cracked screen now and then. I went in on a day when the office was closed so I called and he said i could slide the ipad mini under the door. no problem. the owner is the sole employee so he does all the work himself and answers all callls etc. he quoted $ 99 to fix the screen and it was done in about 2 days. perfect. when you go there he is located in the 300 bldg upstairs. there is a 1 yr warranty on the screen, not for cracks just for glitches or similar electrical failure related to the screen. nice. anyways to the owner: Fa’a fetai tele lava.

Came in and was unable to get my water damaged iPhone repaired. I had the screen and battery replaced by him, but the phone’s logic board was messed up after one week of use. I appreciate that he took the time to reach out to me to give me the full refund. If you need to repair an iPhone for water damage I would highly suggest to make sure the procedure and risks are clear to you before you make the decision.

They repaired my iPad the screen was cracked and the corners were all busted up when I went to pick it up i was happy that it was saved thank u guys.

Amazing service and is true to his word! I had a faulty screen, and as each screen is guaranteed to work for a year, I went back and got it replaced for free. I refer everyone I know to this repair shop!

Took my 3^rd Gen iPad to have the screen replaced. My son broke the bottom of the screen. Giving four stars bc he took two weeks to get my iPad working. The first glass he used was causing issues with touch. So had to wait an additional week for him to order glass from a different distributor. Overall happy with the repair iPad works fine.

My iphone 6 screen was completely shattered even the lcd. Apple quoted me $ 300 for a new replacement and later $ 500 after they said my screen was non oem. I took my phone to iphone pros and was surprised that they could fix it and it was only $ 150! The repair only took 20 minutes too; I highly recommend to check this place out before you bring your phone to Apple.

Dropped my iPhone 5s and the screen was shattered! Tiny pieces of glass were falling out, I could feel the pieces when I would swipe my screen. They repaired the screen and they used the real Apple screen, so it works the same As the original. Sensitivity and everything is perfect. They were quick, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I just waited at the Starbucks nearby until it was done.

I was really pleased with Jerus. He is easy to get ahold of and has good prices. I will just say that my phone case is a little more snug after he replaced my screen but the colors are much more vivid now.

9 year old boy+iPad= Shattered iPad screen. And When I say shattered, I mean demolished including two bent corners. A quick couple of days later and reasonable $ 130, the iPad is just like new with new glass and rounded corners again.
It’s been 6+ months since this repair was completed and the iPad screen still is functioning perfectly!

It is ok, but always seems to need a return visit to get whatever it is working because whatever part they used was no good. Parts seem to work for awhile (longest for me was around 10 months), but def not as good as original. Also, the coming back and forth is a major pain – I don’t think it is worth the time for any savings.

If you need to get your screen replaced, THIS IS THE PLACE TO DO IT (I’m sure he is just as knowledgable in everything else he does, but I have only gone here for my iphone 5s repairs).
Coming from the Silicon Valley, iPhone repairs are about $ 200 EASY if you want to get it done well. So when I shattered my phone screen for the second time, I immediately went on Unilocal and found this place. I called him for a quote, and it is about $ 100 for the 5s (I forgot the exact amount, but definitely under $ 100).
I went that afternoon, and the place is a little harder to find. It is in the building next to the froyo place I believe, and it is located upstairs, you will walk into the building, and find yourself in this weird hallway with a bunch of office-​esque room looking things.
He was nice, humorous, and was extremely knowledgable in what he was doing. The first thing he asked was «You’ve gotten your screen replaced before huh?», and the conversation went on to how the people who replaced it did not use an authentic screen, and I was floored. YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT I SPENT $ 200 FOR AN UNAUTHENTIC SCREEN? Man, bay area, you’re killing me here.
He was extremely quick, maybe 15 – 30 minutes, and then checked everything afterwards to make sure your phone is in perfect condition before he hands it back to you. He also gives you a 1 year warranty, soooooo dude, yaaasssss.
Cons? Uh… when he was checking my phone, he checked to see if my speakers were still working and «Booty» by Jennifer Lopez BLASTED through the speakers… He bursted out laughing, and said «Well, at least the speakers are working». I was so embarrassed HAHA.
If you want a quick fix to your phone problems, this is the place to be. An honest man, with an honest business, 100% Apple certified products, and someone who knows his stuff (believe me, I asked him so many questions). I will definitely be back, but lets hope I don’t have to because god help me, if I shatter my screen again I will just go back to using those old flippy brick phones.

This guy is the real deal! He even agreed to a repair 30 mins after his closing hours, almost immediately after Apple Store practically lied to me.
He has earned my business and my trust and is now my go to guy for repairs – over Apple. Yes you read that right.
