Scheduled an appointment, was told they would arrive with a crew ready to work. Day before appointment, I called to confirm, and was told again they would be arriving with a crew ready to work. I took the day off of work, and waited. 30 minutes after my appointment, I received a call telling me not only did they not plan on bringing any crew, but also that they weren’t coming at all. I tried to be understanding, they apologized and rescheduled me for the weekend. The weekend came, I spent half my Saturday waiting for them. Again, not only did they not show up, but didn’t even bother calling to let me know. Obviously this is not a serious business, but to be honest if this is how they conduct themselves I’m glad I didn’t have them at my home doing any work. Who knows what that would have turned into. Based on my experience, my advice is you’re better off finding a legitimate company to do work at your home.

I was having trouble with my trees and these guys knew how to trim them down and make them look spectacular. They even added some nice plants to my yard and I can’t thank them enough for their clean and efficient work.

I just moved to Jurupa Valley in September 2015 and needed some work done on the house. J&R came over and gave me a quote on putting cement in the backyard. I called around shopping for the best price, customer service, and knowledge. I was dissatisfied with some of the service that was provided. Some places I had to called twice because they would called me back but didn’t. The work was amazing and the finished before the promise date. I have referred them to my neighbors and coworkers who said the same thing about the great customer service, their work, and knowledge.

Hired J&R landscape to repave my driveway with concrete. It looks magnificent! I’m so happy with their service, and their price is very reasonable. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a reliable upgrade on front or backyard landscaping.

J & R Landscape did a great job with our new drought tolerant landscape. It feels amazing to save not only water, but money! The design layout is awesome, feels like it came out of a magazine. Their pricing was just right & they exceeded my expectations.
