Cool place to get Door locks, handles, address signs, mail boxes, all with a vintage feel. I actually just needed a key made. Nice gentleman at the counter made my key in minutes.

Don’t let them key your lock, they keyed three door locks for me and of the three two are stiff and jam all the time. And I bought high end locks. Not satisfied at all with this service. I will be going elsewhere on the future I recommended you do the same.

In regards to a restocking fee, it is only pertaining to special order items. It is from the coming from manufacture, not Lindgren’s. I personally have never experienced an issue because we are able to correctly order :) Lindgren hardware gives a great discount and always absorbs the shipping costs. Two things which MOST companies do not provide. They are a small business and have survived for 60 years because of their knowledge, customer service, and genuine love of the fine finished hardware business.

Our 5 star experience just went from a 5 to a 1. We spent almost $ 3000 in hardware for our home. And, it’s beautiful. Lindgren’s recommended a fantastic installer, whom we were very happy with. Upon realizing that we ordered one too many door handles, we tried to return one $ 100 item. Only to be told that there is a 35% restocking fee from the manufacturer that Lindgren passes on to the customer. So dsappointed, as we like to support local businesses.

I really like this place, just an honest small business, they dont always have what i want, but they have so many unique knobs and pulls i rarely leave empty handed haha. If you have an older home i sugest you at least stop by and see what they have.

I can’t even articulate how stoked I was when I found this gem, right down the road from my office. They had a cabinet hinge that no one else had and it was 90% less than trying to go through the manufacturer. Great service, killer selection, and perfect prices.
