My review is based on the horrible customer service I received from
The claims and billing department. Dana in billing is very rude and lacks professionalism. I had called my insurance and confirmed that my orthodics were fully covered however this Dana lady told me that I have coinsurance and she verified with my insurance. I had asked her to call them again but she told me they are in the east coast and will be closed. I asked her to call them because they are open as I just spoke to an agent who again confirmed that I was fully coveted and also clarified that. nno one previously had called from the orthopedic office to vetify coverage. So clearly Dana was lying. Please check with your insurance before who get any services from this placs as they may bill you incorrectly.

I came here to get a back brace. I have Spondylolisthesis and a herniated disc at L5-​S1. The Dr that helped me was very kind and sympathetic to my situation. I got fitted, came back two weeks later and had my brace all set for me. It was a smooth easy transaction.
