The staff sucks, they made appt and authorization wasn’t ready. Then they said to play it off that we hadn’t made payment to insurance which was BS. I called my insurance at the office n they said they shouldn’t have made appt without auth. That’s right appt was made a month before they had enouh time to send auth. They send out auth till last moment. They made knew appt n when we got there 10 min late they said rudely theyll see if they can see us. We mention last app n they said they hadnt seen us because we hadn’t paid our insurance BS that probably what they tell the doctor everytime they make a mistake and send a patient home. Additionally we had issue with the prescription and it took a month for them to advice on a different prescription. Last time coming here incompetent they can’t deal with an issue they made, staff should be more professional and make people feel good.
