I would never ever ever in my life go back to the dry cleaners again I had to expensive tops and they damaged it and when you tell them and try to prove that they tell you oh no we did not do that I had one top very expensive had leather trim and they damaged it leather part and they’re telling me that it’s not leather and the other one was a turtleneck it was a size small they made extra large please check your items before picking it up horrible service and the woman and the man the man started laughing at my face thought I was stupid and the woman just went along with that the two Korean people very very very very bad service if I had a choice I would not put any stars that’s how upset I am !!!

A superior dry cleaner, especially with uniforms, suits and important clothes. Been coming to Mr. Park’s cleaners for about 20 years. They have a very strong Christian work ethic and bend over backwards to make customers happy. They care about customers and do the job right. I tried several cleaners until I found Val Verde and Sunshine (both owned by Mr. & Mrs. Park).
Many cleaners send their cleaning off site and it causes problems like lost clothing, delays or damage. Not here, everything is done on sight.
You will pay a little more then the «$ 2 bargain» cleaners but they do it right, never had a lost piece or any mysterious damage. A big indicator of a success for a business is employee turnover, their employees tend to stay several years and appear to be treated well. The employees have always treated me courteously. If you want no hassles and the your cleaning done right-​come here!
I know for a fact if there is any issue with alterations or satisfaction, they will fix it without delay. The few, I mean few times (1 – 2 over 20 years?) I have heard any unhappy customers while I’ve been here; I’ve seen the owners either provide the service for free or do whatever it took to make the person happy. DO NOT PASS LA SIERRA VERDE, go here for your cleaning and minor alterations.

I have been coming here for six years. They have literally seen my kids grow up. they always say hi and comment how they are getting so big. I love these people! This is what a small business should strive to be! They do quality work, try and satisfy your every need, the prices are great, and they are so nice they even carry the dry cleaning out to your car and hang it for you if they have time… which is almost ever time unless I tell them I’ve got it!
Support a small business and come here, they are worth it to keep around!
The clothes I have no complaints, and if I did, they would rectify it I’m sure. Can’t ask for more of a guarantee then a business who stands by the work!

Zero stars if I could give zero. Paid close to $ 100 in alterations that didn’t get done. When I brought back the person at the counter had an issue with my delay in coming back more immediately and didn’t find my son’s cancer treatments an acceptable reason for not being more timely for HER. Wow. A waste of $$, time, and sanity. Don’t go here

This place is awesome! I’ve been coming here for the last four years. I always receive great customer service and my clothes are perfect 100% of the time. Funny thing is, the first day I came to this location I saw the owner and realized that it was the same owner as the Corona location I would have my clothes laundered and pressed at. This family runs a great operation and you’re always greeted with a smile.

Love this dry cleaners. Couple that own it are extremely nice and prices are very reasonable. Their employees are also super nice and most know you by name if your a regular customer. Would recommend this cleaners to anyone new to the area.
