Laser Eye Center

The staff in this location is really unprofessional. I called this center directly 2 weeks ago for an appointment. They said they are busy, and will give me a call back. I’ve never heard back from them. It’s ok… Because I am close to that area, I called the Laser eye center appointment center for an appointment. They told me this location only open on Tuesday afternoon and Saturday, I finally had made an appointment at 4:00 pm. When I arrived on the appointment day at 4, the front desk receptionist was talking to an customer for around 5 mins. When I finally had a chance to talk to her, she said I am late for the appointment, and here are 3 customers ahead of me, and I will not be seen today. I was really upset that it looks like it was my fault they were overbooking. They treat their customers like trash. My family and I will NEVER do business with them.
