I received a settlement when I was 12 and was supposed to get it when I was 18. When that time came I found out via my bank that this office did not file the correct papers. I am almost 24, still seeking treatment for that old injury, and I cannot access this small amount of money until the papers are filed. I cannot get a return phone call or email from Samuel J Long or his previous intern Tina Cain Vaccher. This guy doesn’t care and does not hold himself accountable for his mistakes. This review will be taken down when our paperwork is filed correctly. $ 3000 dollars may not be much to him but for me it means more care for my back.
