However, the lady at the register didn’t really help me out when she saw I was lost and trying to figure out where the line was. I finally just kind of went up to the register to order not knowing what to do. They all have me an extra sweet goodbye almost to make up for it.

I come here for the Mocha Slush and I am never disappointed! Staff is friendly and service is quick. No complaints here.

I always come here to buy the milk tea with boba. But ordering food here takes too long. It took almost 30 minutes just to order a popcorn chicken. They made my order too spicy even though I made clear I want them mild.

Great service and helpful friendly staff makes this a favorite me spot! You cant go wrong with anything on the menu here. It looks all good!

Drinks are too sugary, so if you like a nice natural iced tea or coffee, this place isn’t for you. The place caters to young teenagers looking for slushies, very fruity or sugary drinks

Very nice staff, helped me figure out my drink. I ordered a taro milk smoothie, it was delicious and very refreshing. Cool location, clean and very nice décor. I forgot my water jug inside and I returned an hour later and they had saved it. I’m very happy the employees were so nice to not throw it away. Smoothie was $ 3.50 and it’s about a medium size for 0.75 cents you can add boba.

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years at UCR & it’s hands down my favorite boba place in riverside. My favorite drinks here are definitely the lavender milk tea and the almond milk tea. They taste rly good both hot & cold. Everyone that works there is always super friendly and accommodating, and after they changed their design inside it looks really pretty and new. In terms of food, I always get the spicy crispy tofu with the sweet chilli sauce and love it.

The drinks and food are well-​made, but the staff could be a lot more efficient and communicate more. Half of the visits that I’ve made for a single 16oz drink took over 20 minutes to prepare, which should never happen and is frankly ridiculous. Other than the long waits, majority of the staff is friendly and they compensate any issues with good service (which anyone can appreciate!)

Never had a problem with food or drinks, but honestly speaking, they don’t treat loyal customers very well. Yesterday I received an email saying that their rewards for the 5 Star Reward program have changed. There was no notice about this change it just happened and customers were informed afterwards. What used to require 120 points now requires 500 points and you only get 1 point per dollar spent. So basically they just inflated their reward program’s without any notice. Never coming back here again.

Good drinks here. Their boba is sweet and fresh. I love the grapefruit with lychee. :) overall, this place is nice and good to come in with friends. They also have snacks.

This is my favorite boba shop and the ONLY Lollicup I like. This is for one reason and only one reason: Royal Milk Tea. I love the flavor of Royal Milk Tea, but I have not found a single boba shop between the Los Angeles and Riverside that carries it. So, this is the main reason why I drive from Canoga Park to Riverside: Lollicup and Rising Savor (but mainly Lollicup). I have tried to find Royal Milk tea for many years, and I had given up hope until I found it listed as one of the flavors at this Lollicup.
But I thought it to be too good to be true. I still had my doubts, for every lollicup and every boba shop that I had found for years had only served fake, imposter Royal Milk Tea, it tastes completely off or simply like regular milk tea. Not at all like the flavor of the Royal Milk Tea i bought while in Japan. The worst part of my journey was that no worker of any boba shop I have come across actually knows what Royal Milk Tea is, or how it should taste. Some claim it’s the same as regular milk tea, or milk tea without boba, or milk tea without ice… So when I saw it at this LOLLICUP of all the chain boba shops, in Riverside, of all remote places on the earth, I was convinced I would be let down. But holding out just a shred of hope, I took a sip, and… IT WAS GOOOOOOOOOOOOD!
I went back recently, and the name changed to Lollicup Fresh, but it’s still on the menu under Smoothies. However they don’t add as much of the flavor as they used to, and they haven’t been blending it as well either, so it is more icy than creamy. But even so, after losing a bit of it’s flavor and texture, this is still the best I can find within a 100 mile radius, so I can’t complain and will be driving another 90 miles sometime soon.
P. S. IF ANYONE KNOWS OF A PLACE THAT SERVES ROYAL MILK TEA BESIDES HERE, PLEASE TELL ME!

I love the quality of boba at this place! I always get the milk tea with boba. However, every time I get it, it spills a little because of the way that the cups are made. It is easy for the lid to come off or for the drink to overflow through the slit for the straw.
Besides that, great boba!

I’ve been to Lollicup Fresh multiple times and some visits are great, while other times are meh. I remember coming here to order a large popcorn chicken and received my order with overfilling chicken. The next time I ordered the same thing, there was hardly even any chicken pieces in the cup. That’s the last time I’ll be ordering that.
I came here again yesterday to order a jasmine green tea with boba and extra ice. I used my Fivestars points to pay for a free 16 oz drink (40 pts) and just had to pay for the boba (50 cents). Being curious, I was watching a worker make my drink and she just poured my drink from those containers on display. (I thought that was just Milk Tea…). I got my drink and it was definitely just a regular milk tea and with just a bit of ice. I like my drinks exxxtra cold… :(My drink order was wrong and I decided that Lollicup isn’t just consistent. Theres always new workers when I visit and hopefully they learn how to get orders right!

Lollicup totally revamped their store and it looks great! I don’t usually crave lollicup, but when I do it’s only because it’s cheaper than any other boba place around ucr.

The food here is pretty decent. Popcorn chicken is crunchy and tasty (and cheaper)! Noodle soups are also a great hit! I get their mini pork bowls the most here one, because it’s cheap and filling and two, because it’s good.
Drinks I would recommend are matcha milk tea, green milk tea, milk tea, and grapefruit green tea :)

Coming from the SGV area it is really hard to find good boba around Riverside. Lollicup is average and there isn’t anything special about their boba. The boba is soft, chewy, and sweet. Their drinks are very sweet and I always order half sugar but even then it is still sweet for me. Their food is also average and inconsistent. Sometimes I will receive a good amount and other days its not worth your money.
Also, what was really gross was I over heard a customer tell the employee there was a bug floating in the water. The employee told the customer he will take care of it but he just went on lunch. I was there for another 30 mins and the water was never changed.

This place is alright. Nothing special, but pretty decent boba for Riverside though! It gets kinda crowded in the afternoon, which means waiting time –_​_​– last time i waited for like 15 mins just to order super ridiculous!
But overall the place has a pretty cool décor and its colorful too! Their boba is not bad and i also like their black tea!
What I do hate is that they charge you an extra $ 0.30 fee for using ur credit card, which is lamee! I do like this place better than Ten Ren’s in Riverside cause their drinks are over priced and not that good!

This was the first Lollicup I have visited and to put it bluntly: «it was aight.» This place is located in a plaza not far from UCR… I can’t say I’m a fan of this plaza. It looks like you have to pay to park in this plaza, however I went later in the evening (after 9pm) so I didn’t have to deal w/​any bs like that; parking was free and there was plenty of it but I assume that is not the case during the day.
Service was good and the gal at the counter was friendly. The drinks are very reasonably priced and there are many to choose from as well as different types of boba, jellies, etc.
The inside has a fair amount of seating and is kind of modernesque. They offer free wi-​fi, but it wasn’t working for me. The peach black tea I ordered was decent but I wasn’t a big fan of the mango jelly. I like how you can order how sweet you want your drink made (they have a sign posted about this along the wall on the right by the order counter). They also offer several food options as well if you have some hunger pangs.
While I prefer another chain similar to Lollicup, I am sure I will visit another one again someday, but I don’t really care for the plaza this particular one is located in.
