Majestic Windows & Doors

I had 5 windows and a sliding door installed last Saturday. The quality and workmanship is incredible. The installers were efficient and professional. Everything was cleaned up leaving me with the cleanest windows that I have had in a long time. I plan to have more windows replaced by them in the near future. Sharon O.

i called bruce to set up an appt for measurement for new windows so he could give me a quote. he was extremely friendly as his reviews online & the 1 verbal recommendation stated. he was unable to come out that day (i was home for an appliance repair) due to short notice, but advised he would call back to set up a time. he did call a couple days later to update me that he couldn’t get anyone out to me yet (i’m in orange county), but he hadn’t forgotten about me. i mentioned i might have some measurements from the last estimate 3 years ago, but if i couldn’t find them i’d need him to come out. i never heard back, so i figured he was waiting on me so i gave him a ring & updated his receptionist that i did not have the old measurement from the previous quote & needed him to come out. he returned my call & assured me he’d call back that day or the next to set up an appt. *crickets*. looks like i’ll be finding someone else to do my job.
