Worst place the management is horrible extremely rude. They push there membership and almost force you to get it. Therapist are always leaving this location i guess they are not treated right for them to have many of them leaving which is sad because they are amazing therapist. Worst experience. This location should be closed down.

I have a membership and have been coming for about 6 months! I called one time a few hours in advance to cancel an appointment and was charged a $ 30 cancellation fee. Now I u der stand that is part of my contract but when I showed up tonight for my appointment they didn’t have me booked! 20 minutes there and 29 minutes home and all I was offered was some smelly lotion on my next visit! How about I charge you a cancellation!

You guys write me and say you care about my unsatisfactory experience yet when it comes down to it, no one has been in contact with me other than the message you sent me which has received zero reply in a week. It bothers me when people say they’re going to do something and don’t follow through on it.

I have been an ME member for more than 5 years and I recently discovered Gehrig who is an excellent massage therapist! However, the Orangecrest location which I think is one of the 1st clubs could stand some updates compared to the other locations that I’ve recently visited and is in desperate need of a couples room!

POORPOORMANAGEMENT!!! Got got a call from«General Manager» Nancy saying that she is going to cancel our membership, because of an issue with her«junior manager» Amanda at the Eastvale location. Our couples room was DOUBLE booked and they handled it in a very unprofessional way. No apologies, no nothing. What ever happened to customer service & the customer being right??? No wonder so many businesses are struggling to keep their doors open these days. And if Nancy is the general manager of both the locations mentioned above, then I can see why the ratings are as bad as they are compared to the other locations! I will still be waiting for Chris«regional manager» to contact me regarding this issue! Please read the reviews… If you want to get a great massage, consider taking your business elsewhere!

Absolutely the worst massage EVER. I asked the masseuse Janelle to pay extra attention to my legs(sore from skiing) — she didn’t even do my thighs! I asked for deep tissue, I got an oil rub. When I complained at the front desk, they said«she’ll take care of it next time». As if I were stupid enough to ever set foot in there again. 1÷12÷2016 Update: I have to applaud Massage Envy in Riverside for their response to my earlier complaint. They rebooked my massage within a few days, and the second masseuse Brenda was EXCELLENT! I changed my rating to 4 out of 5 stars based on the second massage. It would be 5 stars if I had Brenda the first time. Thanks! I needed that.

Make sure if your going to this place never sign up for the contract they are ripped off! So even you don’t go they still charging you and they will sign you up for contract for 12 months if you don’t pay attention! Camille is not very helpful!

Too much to say. So I will sum it up by saying: don’t waste your time or money with this franchise. If you don’t use your session per month and you have several sessions added up then you have 30 days to use your sessions or you lose your money if you want to cancel your membership. Yes you can freeze your account but then you have to pay 60.00 at the end of the freeze and then do your cancellation. If you want to give a session to a friend or family member there is a 10.00 transfer fee. I wasn’t told that until I came in and they wanted to charge my acct. I said I didn’t know there was a fee and their prompt response was its in your service contract. And my reply was I don’t carry that around with me or refer to it. I should have been advised when I made the appt. They have a large turnover of therapists. I don’t believe they pay well. I asked the same question 3 different times and got the same answer until the manager chased me out to the car telling me the cutoff age was 15 for a minor to have a massage. I won’t ever sign up with an organization like this again. Ever.

I’ve been a member for years, 3 years after I canceled my contract I was told I was still under contract. They never canceled my contract. I called and called and called. Nobody ever called me back. I finally got to speak to a manager Geisha and she gave me a bunch of excuses as to why Nobody reached out to me. Geisha basically threatened that if I did not remain a member that she would make me pay all the back owed dues, even though I had canceled 3 years prior, and it was an error on Massage Envys end. I then asked for the regional managers number and was told that I should be grateful that she cleared out my contract and to just tell her Thank you. Unbelievable. I again asked for the her bosses info and was told that I could just go to the website and email them. I can’t even wrap my head around the horrible, ridiculous experience I had dealing with Geisha, who according to her is the General Manager. Which I find hard to believe. It’s usually a hit and miss on your massage therapist. So if you liked the person you got remember their name so you can request them on your next visit. Other than that, I do love that this place is alway clean and professional, also prices are reasonable.

Their membership contract states you only need to contact them in writing to cancel. I did so in May and am still be charged! What a bunch of frauds/thieves.

Wish I could give zero stars, they are SOO horrible. If you’re going here to relax, you will leave more stressed out. They just want money. They lie about contracts and then charge you for random things without your consent. Find somewhere else. You have been warned

Geez it’s hard just putting one star! I wish that I could put negative stars. The manager Nicole is useless, not helpful at all!!! I call and leave a million messages about an error on my account, and I just kept being told that she’ll call me back soon. They should hire people that actually know how to do there job. She’s probably the reason why all my favorite therapist are leaving!

Its been a pain in my buns trying to cancel my membership! Im going back to school, so my budget is beyond tight! I was charged when I was informed I will not be! To top it off, I still have to pay another month in order to cancel my membership! Only 1 person can cancel your membership and if she’s not in… good luck! So disappointed with their customer service!

I don’t go get massages very often and was very excited about my massage. I had an appointment at 2 pm and arrived a couple of minutes early. The receptionist took me to the waiting room in the back and had me fill out a general information form. The masseuse came and got me and the first words out of her mouth were, «I’m just going to work on your back because you were late.» I was confused about what she said because I wasn’t late, I was actually a couple minutes early… she started the session at 2:15 The massage was good, but at 2:55 she finished the session. I received a 40 min massage and paid for 1 hr. My low rating isn’t necessarily because she did a bad job but because i feel like I got ripped off. I will not be returning!

I am so disappointed with my membership here. I have been here 4 times in the hopes it will get better. Well it hasn’t. I arrive 10 mins early for my appointments and wait to be seen for 20 mins. I pay for an hour long massage thats over in 45 mins. I ask for a semi-deep tissue and I feel like I am getting lotion just rubbed on my skin. I cant even relax because I feel like my massage therapist is in such a hurry. I almost feel more stressed and tense when I leave. Second star: For my facials, the estheticians, very knowledgeable and they actually go at least 50 mins plus. The massage could be a little better, again its as if someone is just rubbing lotion on my skin. I will continue my membership only for the facials. I may even try the Ontario location.

Submitted an online request for an appointment yesterday evening to see if they had an opening for today for my husband who has been in pain-received An email saying that a representative from this location would contact me to confirm my appointment– never received a call– then called myself to see if the request had been received– spoke with a rude receptionist who informed me that the email was just notification that my request had been received– I told her yes– I understand that– and that is the purpose of my call to see if my request had been received– she said it had not– and they had no openings– thank you– I will be taking our business elsewhere — such poor customer service and I haven’t even walked through the door– seems like a poor business model
