Great place to live. From what I’ve been told, there was a change in management in early 2015. The complex has made many improvements and renovations since, and continues to improve. The leasing office has always been beyond helpful to me, open 9am-6pm every day. Eric walked me through everything when I leased and was awesome. If you are active and engage in plenty of questions when beginning the leasing process, they answer honestly. The only downsides for me would be that the fitness center is only open during leasing hours, which conflicts with my work schedule. That and the 1 bdrm apts do not have washer and dryer in-unit. Other than that, all is good! You just have to remember, this is an apt complex! Standard apt living applies. –Resident since Nov 2015
