This place is terrible. My husband, sister, and I went to lunch on 7−15−15 and I have nothing good to say about this place. The service was slow, and the people working there were so rude to us! The food was terrible, I could not even eat more then a few bites. My husband and sister were starving so they ate more then I did and regret set in when both of them developed stomach pains about 15 minutes after eating. We had to leave the mall and shopping because both of them were sick…

I really like this place, it’s perfect for a cheap, quick, and fast lunch or dinner. You seriously get your food all cooked within 10 minutes and best of all, you get to customize it. I got the family bowl for $ 11 and shared it with my sister. SUPER cheap for dinner and we were both stuffed at the end! Basically, you pay and they give you a bowl that you can put whatever you like inside of it. A lot of people like to stuff it as much as they can to make a giant mountain on their bowl. But you can literally put whatever you want and however much as long as it doesn’t tip over and it’s still«in» the bowl. The guys working here are really nice, but when I asked a lady for some water(she was right next to the water area), she told me to ask those guys who were cooking??? Pretty confused about that so I just got my water from Panda instead. This place is located in the food court on the second floor of the mall, pretty close to Macy’s. Pretty obsessed with this place, will definitely be coming back!

Having recently moved to the area I was looking for a Mongolian bbq to try out as they were plentiful in my previous home area. Tried this at the tyler mall. I was not impressed. food quality was poor and service was terrible. Very overpriced for what was presented. The wife took 2 bites of what she ordered and threw the rest away. We certainly will not be returning here.

It is nice Mongolian for being in a food court. Put it in a restaurant where I don’t have to share tables with screaming kids and it would be perfect. After all it is a mall food court. Feels a lot like the ball pin at McDonalds though. There was a carrier monkey on the far end of the food court it was so loud it felt like it was sitting inside my head.

Great food! Always love this place. Turkey is bomb here. Takes a little while to grill it all up but totally worth it. Highly recommended!

Mmmm! This place is so good! It beats my local mall’s «genghis Khan» by far. I won’t eat anywhere else but here because nothing beats it. It’s 9.99 for a regular bowl. You can seriously fill up that bowl ridiculously. I always share that bowl with another person, and I end up full. WORTHTHEPRICE.

Food is good but service is always horrible. I eat here a couple of times a month and every time I have to wait forever because there’s usually one person working both the grill and the register. They’re also rude as hell too.

Great Mongolian for extremely fair, if not low price. Fresh ingredients. You can pick what you want, stack as high as you are able, choose what flavor components you want, I.e., garlic, mild, spicy, citrus, soy, hickory. Cooked where you can watch. Tastes high end sit down and homemade but in the food court of the mall. Advantage there, great yogurt kiosk downstairs and on the other end. We go for both almost every time we hit the mall and sometimes even when we don’t have anything we need to do there. Well worth putting on your list of places to try.

I’ve been to countless Mongolian Grills in Orange County and this is by far the best one. The flavor is sharp and the service is exceptional. The portions are also HUGE so that why it seems kind of expensive. Great place, great service.

Came for the first time and it was delicious! The staff was helpful and told us that he would recommend the garlic added to the food and told us that the meat shrinks once its cook. He was helpful and nice.

I love this place! My parents and I would seriously come to the mall just for mongolian grill and then go back home after we ate. I think it tastes better without any meats and just tons of vegetables and noodles! I love stacking my food and I don’t care how long it takes for me to get that right angle so I could put as much as I want(sorry long line that always forms right behind me). But my tray always turns into a mess by the time I get to the tofu section sigh. I really like the seasoning here and it’s made me not like any other Mongolian place. My parents shared a large bowl with a lot of meat but it basically turned out to be the same, dare I say slightly less, than my regular bowl of no meat!

This place is the best at the Galleria Food Court, that’s if you’re looking for a somewhat healthy meal. Stay away from the noodles and stick with the meat and veggies to get keep the meal healthy. I would have rated it 4 stars but it’s a bit pricey at over $ 8 per bowl…

mmmm this place is awesome, and you get so much food for not too bad a price. I always eat here whenever I go shopping at Tyler, Ive even come here when I wasnt shopping lol. I stuff my bowl when I’m making my stuff, but no one gives me a sideways glance haha, which is totally unlike Mongolian BBQ on University, who is more expensive and you get way, way less. I recommend this place, but it makes me miss my BD’s Mongolian BBQ in Orange County :-(

This is my favorite place to eat at the Tyler Mall… it even tops Cheesecake factory and PF Changs just based on how much food and taste you get for your dollar. My usual: chicken or turkey(arranged to extend sides of bowl higher to load on more ingredients) carrots, pineapple, onions, baby carrots, jalepenos, LOTS of cilantro spicy sauce mixture, no garlic SOGOOD!

I like this place because I get to pick out my meats and veggies and watch it grill in front of me, instead of settling for already made Panda Express or fast food. I really like their noodles, and their choices of veggies. Only thing I don’t like is that sometimes their cooks are kinda rude when you ask for an extra fork or some napkins. Like seriously, how are you gonna get all stingy over that?

I’ve always loved Mongolian grill! Its fast, easy and really tasty. The problem we had was that Asian guy cooking our meal!!! His hands looked too heavy to work(he was literally dragging his arms). Felt like he hated being left there to do the job! Well I didn’t really care… until he started throwing the vegetables out of the grill! He tosses his hands without controlling where the food was gonna go! My mushrooms were hanging the balance at the edge of the grill(and I love mushrooms!!!) Next thing u know, half of the vegetables on our chow was gone!!! I was soooo pissed!!! That guy cannot cook. I mean seriously!

I find this place the most healthiest out of all the other fast food places at the mall. Our family loves this place, and I love it how it is so fresh, and not pre-made.
