Simple. Don’t come here. If you do, DO NOT LET THE LADY CUT YOUR HAIR. P. S. Just because Someone is Asian doesn’t mean he or she doesn’t understand Spanish.

Terrible customer service, never coming back.
My friend came in for a hair cut and left with his hair unevenly cut. When we walked back in to point out the difference in length of the left and right sides, she told us to take a seat and she’d take a look.
When she got to us, her attitude towards us was obviously bitter. When she asked me what was wrong with the cut I explained the situation and asked her to fix it. Her response, «but do you cut hair?»
It was a full house, so I didn’t want to make a scene. I calmly told her, can you just fix it, it is obviously uneven and we aren’t happy with it. She proceeded to defend her case saying stuff like, «you don’t know what you’re talking about, it’s a fade, it is supposed to be shorter here etc.» I understand a fade is supposed to progressively grow longer, but it is not supposed to have patches randomly longer/​shorter than the rest.
She would look over to the other barber, make comments in Spanish while explaining herself (not knowing that I understood what she was saying) then turned back and try to prove herself.
My friend and I were fed up and left and you could see that smirk across her face. What ever happened to the customer is always right? While we were waiting, we were considering to come again to try another barber, but after the little tantrum she put up, we won’t ever be back.
If you decide to visit, let anyone but the lady cut your hair.

The lady messed up my hair beyond repair. When I wanted to speak to a manager, none was there. I left my number, she tore it up and threw it at me saying ‘she has to eat’. Well lady, so do I. This gang banger haircut you gave me will effect my job. Worst haircut and experience in my entire life, and that is no exaggeration.

So I asked for layers. The lady cutting my hair started by completely wetting my hair. Then she starts grabbing chunks at a time and cutting straight across. Definitely not professional and my hair looks like it was cut in chunks rather than layered. Sigh. Definitely not coming back here again.

I have been bringing my son bere for quite a while but today was a horrible experience! First of all, we had been waiting for about 30 min, which us fine, they are all worth the wait, but… a woman comes in from her lunch and instantly starts causing a scene. She was arguing with one of the other barbers, to the point that the others told her to stop because there were people here. I got uncomfortable because I didn’t want my children sitting here listening to them argue. Then she goes over the list and calls about 5 names before taking a man who had come at least 15 mins after us. My son checks the list and they had crossed his name off without cutting him. I’m not sure what the problem was today other than this woman’s SERIOUS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, but it made me think I don’t want to go back. It’s hard finding a good barber for a good price and I love coming here. But this chick really chamged my opinion of this place.

Always on point. Quick clean cuts. See Antonio he is the older man by the door. He does excellent work, and fast.

This barber shop is one of the best. I have brought all the guys here and my own boys since they opened. Spot on by whoever takes them. Wonderful staff and as a woman have always felt comfortable going there. Very highly recommended!

Best barbershop! I would always get my hair cuts here when I attended UCR. Erick and Anthony are the two best barbers I’ve ever come across. Trust me, cut your hair with either of them and you will be satisfied.
After moving back to LA, I haven’t come across any other barber’s that can top this two guys.

Great Barber Shop with high quality service. I’m new to Riverside and so I walked around looking for a decent Barber shop. Most of them looked sketchy however this seemed more decent than the others. I walked in and was greeted right away. The gentleman that worked on me was very gentle and precise. He did a great job and knew exactly what I wanted. I felt relaxed in an environment that was very down to earth. I was skeptical about the graffiti on the walls at first but I soon realized that it was all part of the atmosphere.
Overall great haircut and comfortable experience. It wasn’t too pricey; coming out to $ 11. I enjoyed it and I will be coming back soon.

Talk about getting a hair cut and walking out feeling like a million bucks.
New to the area I decided to give this place a shot, turns out I was pleasantly surprised and have been back for all my hair cuts for the last 4 months. I’ve had different barbers everytime and they’ve all done a great job with my hair.
Make sure you know what you want and describe it as best as possible to the Barber. This is true for any Barber Shop else you get what the Barber likes and if may not concur with what you had in mind.
The best part is their way of treating their customers. Hands down great customer service!!!

Worst hair cut ever, so my hair was kind of long so I told the lady. Spiky on top and short on the side, told her to use the shaver with the attachments and that it needed to look professional. She grabs her shaver and at the lowest skin setting goes half way up the back of my head. All said and done, not spiky on top! To the skin on the sides, and I look like a 4 year old who played with scissors, now off the pay for another hair cut to see if it can be salvaged.
