Best barbershop in town!!! I’ve been to a few places but they don’t compare to the level of service and quality that Motor head offers. I will be a forever costumer.

I showed up this morning at 9am to get a haircut because their hours say they open at 9. No one was there.
I waited 15 mind and no one showed up. Not going to wait anymore than that for a haircut. Jess and John Lennon could come back from the dead and go on tour together and I wouldn’t wait longer than 15 mins.
I purposely avoided fantastic Sams and supercuts because I wanted to support a small business.
Too bad they don’t know how to show up on time.

Pardon me while I bore you with some backstory for a moment. This will aid in understanding the significance (and accuracy) of Motor Head averaging a 5 star rating. I usually cut my hair myself for a number of reasons, mostly because I’m never satisfied when someone else cuts it (I’ve paid for haircuts approximately twice in the past 3 years). My buddy was getting married, and my wife pleaded with me to get a professional haircut. Enter Motor Head Barber Shop. I noticed this place as I drive down Adams everyday. Checked out Unilocal and Instagram, nice looking shop, fair prices, and nice looking cuts. Finally decided to give it a try, and I couldn’t be more pleased. This place has a nice laid back feel to it. Barber Emi cut my hair waaaaaay better than I expected. I showed her a pic of what I was thinking, and she beyond nailed it. She trimmed my beard as well, and it all looks and feels great. I got my haircut last Saturday, and everyday someone compliments how great it looks, even a week later. Thank you Emi for giving me one of the greatest cuts I’ve ever had!

The lady’s were supper nice. No wait. They did a clean job. Never thought girls could do guys hair as good as guys but they proved me wrong. Left my guys looking clean and sharp. The place is really kid friendly.

Roni did a fantastic job on my hair and beard! She knows how to make you look good! I trusted her with my wedding haircut and I couldn’t be happier.

Walked in for a haircut on a weekday and was seated without a wait. Establishment is bright and clean. Staff was friendly, accommodating and very professional. She even recommended hair care products when I had questions. Price is very fair for such a great looking haircut! I will be back when I need another trim and in the area!

First place I’ve been to where they make you feel welcomed. I was amazed they talked to you instead of talking on their phones or each other. Oh and the hair cut was great as well.

This is a little hidden away spot in Riverside. Roni the owner is a sweetheart and very customer oriented. She takes the time to discuss how a client wants their cut. Motor head is gaining popularity in the area, so a reservation is recommended but not required. This has been my spot for the last year. Give Roni and her staff a shot. I really believe you’ll be impressed. Oh and the old car motif is legit plus she always has cool music playing in the background.

Excellent vibes, Krystal is awesome, will definitely be coming here again. If you’re looking for a place you get an old school cut at, look no further.

I normally get haircuts in Chino, but since Im living in Riverside I decided to look for a local place. I just found out about this place about two days ago and decided to try it with a co-​worker. We came in for our appointment and Veronica asked if we were her appointments… so she got right on it. I recently wanted to change my style and she helped me out a lot with figuring it out.
She took her time and we just had a normal conversation… Super friendly. After, she asked how I wanted to style it and she used one of the Uppercut product she has in the shop. While my friend got his «top chopped,» she said I could try any of the products and use her comb and one their mirrors while I waited. For sure recommend this place… will be making Motor Head my new local barber shop!

I could say an infinite amount of good things about this barber shop! Awesome décor, tons of cool magazines about mechanics and cars which will keep you busy during your waits, and the best music playlists you’ll find in any shop.
Icing on the cake? Awesome barbers too! Always a pleasure to chat with both Roni and Crystal, no awkwardness or weird vibes here just good people including other customers as well.

Awesome fades!!! Clean shop, with friendly staff. Can’t go wrong.

So today after work I stop by for a haircut I was a walk in and only had to wait for one cut before me. I was impressed with what I had seen a before and after being that I was talking to the gentleman before he sat in the chair. He got a nice fade with a part on the side. It was now my turn and Roni asked me a few questions on how I want my hair cut and how do I normally comb it, I found Roni to be very friendly and professional and I really felt like she wanted to give me the best cut ever! And she did give me a very good haircut! And truth be told she gave me an excellent bald fade, scissor cut on top. She also does old school face shaves but those will require an appointment due to the set up to get ready… Overall I will definitely be coming back… and have already recommended Roni to some of my friends..

Motor Head Barber is the place for all grooming needs, latest hair styles, beard shaping or just a classic hair cut I highly recommend Veronica and Crystal to all my friends and family. There is always a wait but you won’t be sorry. Don’t forget to ask about their pomades to keep it stiff.

My 8yr old was so excited for his haircut. He asked for an Elvis greased ducktail. He is really into Elvis right now. He loved it. Veronica at Motor Heads did a great job. She even played Elvis music while she cut it.

This place is perfectly located right off the freeway. It’s not pretentious nor stuffy, it’s totally down to earth and open to walk-​ins. The stations are decorated with tool boxes and license plates. Roni and Krystle are the barbers and they are AWESOME! They are totally hospitable, offer barber humor, and still cut your hair with a woman’s touch. Roni did a great job on my hair, especially considering what she had to work with, and handled me with patience. She should probably raise prices considering the services that are offered, but you can be the judge of that. Stop in, you won’t be disappointed.

Diamond in the rough. I was waiting at the dealership down the street and really needed to get the fro chopped. I checked out Unilocal and to my surprise found this place just down the street. Not only a female barber but it looked like it was her shop. I’m always up for new experiences. My car took forever and it was just 15 min till the shop closed. I rushed in and the owner Roni was near the door. I asked if she was still open, honestly expecting her to say no since most places close like 30 – 45 min before they really close. But not this time cheerfully she welcomed me to have a seat. We chatted as she cut the fro. Before I even realized she was done. By far one of the fastest and cleanest cuts I’ve ever had. Which was a huge benefit to me since I still had to drive back to the OC. I was back on the road no kidding like 20 – 25 min later. And even purchased some new hair product uppercut which I’m stoked about trying.
Roni is super chill and defiantly a skilled barber. If your ever stuck in traffic on that wonderful 91 fwy even though she’s fast, take a rest and enjoy a quick clean haircut while checking out some cool car parts décor and seriously the coffee table. I just wish her shop was closer! But I’ll make my way out there again for sure. Thanks Roni.
