Great company to work with!!! Nova Print provided the screen printing for 5 tablecloths for the Alzheimer’s Association, Orange County Chapter. Doug was an awesome person and was true to his word: great, competitive prices, high quality, and AMAZING business ethics! We originally received the incorrect tablecloths from a different company and Doug was the one to spot it out! Instead of just printing on the incorrect tablecloths, he notified me right away and worked with the tablecloth company to get the correct ones shipped over to him. With the delay caused by the outside company — Doug and his team expedited my order and they arrived just in time for our upcoming large, high profile event. I can’t wait to show them off!!! I love the fact that this is a family run business, they keep jobs so well organized and were so informed on all options available to me, it seemed like they knew exactly what to suggest for me once I explained what I was trying to accomplish.
