This place is one unorganized mess!!! It’s impossible to find ANYTHING. Plus they have empty walls with literally like one shirt hanging throughout the entire store. How is that ok?! No one comes up to you to even say hello. Worst store I’ve been to.

Oh.mygosh. Went on a weekday morning to get some jeans that I knew were in this store because it said so online. Couldn’t find them, thought maybe they were in the back. Couldn’t find anyone on the sales floor to help me find them. Ended up grabbing a few other things and waited in line to get someone to help me. The only two associates checking people out were very new and didn’t know how to do anything. And I mean ANYTHING. It was a nightmare. I told the associate I was also looking for a pair of jeans and she said«oh, okay.» I said, «so…can you help me find them?» Blank stare. Associate: «oh, you want some jeans?» Oh my gosh, yes. Yes I do.” She had to ask the manager to help, which took 20 minutes longer because then everyone else in the store who needed help kept asking her for help and she helped them first. Then I had to wait in line again. The clueless cashier didn’t even know how to give me change from the cash I gave her. It took me 1.5 hours to get jeans!!! Ugh!!!

Today’s only plus was buying a workout head band for only 47 cents. However, today the store was so messy. First, the clearance section had so many clothes on the floor. Also, on some tables the clothes were just in huge piles and not organized. Lastly, some of the price tags were not on or partially ripped off. I love this store but can they at least have it clean.

I had an emergency where I needed to purchase a pair of jeans, and one of the sales associates was super nice when I called. Not only was she super polite, she personally went and pulled the jeans to set aside for me to make my trip easier. I will be be calling the manager also, because it’s service like this that makes shopping easier for me.

in short: staff is cool, store is clean, management is horrible, avoid Rich and if you cant, just leave and called customer service. they will handle it. they already know how bad they are. to old navy– change the management here.

So why one star. Let me very specific, the return policy if having brand new items and only offering store credit by mail is outrageous! What idiot at old navy trying to delay returns and hope I forget about the return money in the mail. Can we say I will never shop here again! Yes!!! Can I say I will tell everyone I know, yep. Can you say I am a pissed off customer that feels taken, yes. So don’t shop here! Ever!!!

The lines are always super long and move excruciatingly slowly here and every time I come there’s a ton of screaming kids. 3 employees passed by me with no greeting or asking if I needed help finding something, and I could have really used some help. I found a couple deals in clearance but some items that are on clearance or on sale are only a dollar or two cheaper… so not a huge savings if you weren’t already planning to buy it. I love Old Navy’s clothes and style, especially for babies. The only thing I don’t like about the stores is the awful, ugly music they always play. Usually they have really great customer service, but this location really falls short. I’d rather just shop online.

I really like to shop at Old Navy from time to time. However I don’t like this location. I had received a gift from my Aunt and took it there for an exchange. The cashier did not pay attention to me and processed my exchange as a return. Then her and her manager told me that they could not void this return and they were sorry. «you will have to ask them for the 39 dollars» excuse me but you do not ask someone for the amount of money they spent on a gift because the store you tried to exchange it to did not do their job correctly. I have talked with a few customer service reps and cashiers and have been told that this cashiers could have voided this. Now i feel as though I look like an in-grateful gift receiver due to poor customer service.

I LOVE Old Navy. I shop in store and online all the time. This old Navy is always well stocked and fully staffed. If you can’t find what you are looking for on the shelf it is easy to find an associate to help you out. This is my go to location for old navy if I want to see something in person instead of ordering it online. Old navy products purchased online can be taken back to the store and they always accept the return with no hassle. The key to old navy is this: being a cardholder. They have an old navy visa that I can use anywhere and still earn points towards reward dollars to be used at old navy.

Our family love to shop at Old Navy(online or in-store). Most of my son’s clothes are from this store since this location is so close to home. Location is well lit, clean and organized. Prices like all Old Navy/Gap can be expensive but if you get their sale items, or use promotional discounts, it makes a difference. I’m an OLDNAVY card holder so I get promotional deals every time. You should apply if you are a frequent Old Navy shopper. One of the perks you get as a card holder is you get 10% every Tuesdays, plus additional 10% if you charge your purchases to the card. Everytime we’re in this store, staffs are always friendly and accommodating. Sometimes, they seem busy reorganizing or clearing up messes other customers left behind but they are definitely approachable. My recent visit was one of the most impressive customer service I have encountered in a long time. It is too long and complicated to enumerate here but let’s just say, Lori(Manager) and Joseph(one of the sales person) went over and beyond to help us. They did it with smiles and patience as well. They must have spend more than 30minutes with us. We did not have to scream, beg, yell or complain to get that help from them either, it was offered voluntarily. I am so impressed with them that I called Old Navy customer relations today. I recommended them and acknowledge them for going over and beyond. Nowadays, this is sadly a rare event. HIGHLYRECOMMENDED!

I love this Old Navy location. It only gets packed during sales and christmas time. The store is clean and sales people are always helpful. The only thing i don’t like is that sometimes their stock is low and they don’t have my size. Other than that, i recommend this location

Very unhelpful staff, wasn’t greeted at all until check out. Was ignored when we asked about the fitting rooms(when another lady was led in after we walked in, no idea why). Workers were standing around in the fitting room, talking to each other, not offering help. We were basically dismissed when we asked them a question — eye contact with you means we’re talking to you, no? The two things they have going for them at this store is that it’s clean in that Old Navy sort of way… and the cashier was nice. Other than that, avoid this location.
