Came in for non-​slip shoes. I like the variety of styles Payless carries but still ended up spending more than I expected to. I can’t complain too much because I found what I needed. And the staff seems alright. I was asked a few times if I needed help with anything!

The employees here are very nice and helpful but the shoes are so expensive for the low quality shoes they are. Just because some plastic shoes have a Disney character, they cost over $ 25…I went to Burlington down by Tyler and picked up leather Adidas for $ 20 and some frozen canvas shoes for $ 12.99 plus Burlington has many quality shoes that might be last seasons but they’re much more worth the $$$. I use to enjoy the shoes at Payless but why pay more for less of a shoe… shoe city has name brand shoes for less than here with much better quality.
