Yeah absolutely the worst phở places I have ever been to. Horrible food & absolutely horrible customer service ! Like I am no critic or anything but damn the guy taking my order was so rude. I was looking forward to phở for weeks and my heart is in disappointment right now):

My husband, I and our daughter came here for dinner. I had the rare steak phở and my husband had the bbq shrimp dish. My first complaint is that our food did not arrive at the same time, in fact my phở arrived almost a half an hour before my husbands shrimp did. The second complaint I have is that the staff barley speaks English, there was a few moments in our visit were neither we or the waiter knew what the other was saying. This quickly got frustrating to me Thirdly, my husband shrimp dish literally only had 5 shrimp, the rest was broccoli and rice. The meat in my phở was almost only fat. I had a plate on the side that I filled with fat. Lastly, every single employee I encountered seemed to be rude. As if they were annoyed that I was there. The reason I am giving this place a three stars though, is that the food I did have was good. However I would not go to this restaurant again.

Yummm! This place is typically super busy! They have great phở and other menu items here. I normally only eat phở(rare and beef round) but decided to mix it up and try the steak, it comes in flanks on a skillet sautéed with onions and mushrooms. SUPERGOOD! Vietnams rolls are always good as well. Haven’t had anything I don’t like yet. WARNING! If you go on a weekend or a rainy day, be patient because there will always be a wait, on average 2 – 4 groups in front of you but service is fast so you’ll usually get seated within 15 – 20 mins tops. It’s worth the wait. Enjoy!

I was in the mood for phở. It was very busy and crowded but we figured if it was this busy it would be worth the wait. Um yeah no I was wrong. They could hardly speak English. They screwed up our order and that was after waiting for an hour for the food. The place is small and they could be a bit more organized. Parking was ok and just not a good exxperience in general …

Decent phở spot however the customer service was a problem for me. Realizing the phở is an extremely affordable meal, I expect basic cordialness as a patron. After dining here on a continuous basis I noticed a demise in the service quality. A smile goes far as does saying«thank you» or «hello».

I came here at 11 pm in the night because i wanted some phở. all the phos i order they gave me such a small quantity of noodles the meat was okay but with such a small amount of noodles. The only Reason im giving them 4 stars because the place is clean, the girl that works there is really friendly and i know i have seen here in another phở place. The old Man(the cooker) was really friendly with a big smile on his face. And atleast the phở soup was really tasty not salty like other places i tried. But if your around the area or are craving some soup come here for a quick one i would just ask them for more noodles.

Food is great. Prices are great. Staff is compitent which is kind of where the bar is at for Phở places.

Food is good. My fiancé and I come here all the time because it’s close to the mall and they offer Thai tea with boba. The only thing I did not like was that the staff sometimes gives mean looks if you have to disturb them for help. Other than that the phở is tasty.

Great place for phó! The staff here is very attentive and polite, the food is delicious, and they bring it out fairly quick! Overall it’s a great place to eat with delicious food, and with great pricing. Will most definitely be coming back again

Compared to the other Phở Há in Rancho, this was very disappointing. The phở and durian shake was watery. The last time I came here, I thought it was mediocre, but, today was very disappointing. The noodles seemed like they just dropped it into the broth. The spring rolls were very fresh, I enjoyed those. Overall, this was a very disappointing trip. I will not come again.

This is one of the few places I enjoy a quick bowl of phò…you get seated fast and once you order within 5 minutes you’re food is ready. And it’s simply delish

Worst experience ever! I was craving Vietnamese food and since the place I go was closed I decided to try this place worst mistake. The worker didn’t even speak English! I told them I didn’t like my sandwich it was so hard and disgusting and he didn’t want to change it for anything else. I pay my bill and walked away.

The restaurant was very clean and the food presentation was really modern and nice. But… The food was bland!!! The phở broth had very little flavor and the white onions were strangely hard. And the iced ca phe was actually watery. Wth??? It was like iced coffee with milk and sugar instead of Vietnamese coffee with sweetened condensed milk over ice. It was actually the worst iced coffee I’ve ever had. I was totally stunned since Vietnamese coffee is such a no brainer! Weird! The sauce that came with the spring rolls was good though and the rolls were very fresh. Overall — won’t be back. Especially since there is a better place in the next complex over.

I remember I used to be a big fan of phở ha, and then for some reason I stopped going, and just recently started going again. Things definitely changed, appetizers are so expensive, 7 $ for 4 spring rolls. They’re trippin’. I ordered a small bun bo hue and felt like they barely had any noodles in there. Now, I’m tiny, so usually I get full easily and fast as well, but didn’t happen with the noodles i had here. Sucks to say I rather drive out farther for a better quality place than going to a close by restaurant. b

They greeted me at the entrance and told me to sit anywhere I would like. The waiter was fast to give us menus and ask for drinks. He delivered the drinks in no time. Gave a minute or 2 to decide on food, which for me doesn’t take long because I always get phở tai. Food came in the perfect amount if time and broth was really good. The atmosphere was calm and very friendly. I recommend trying this place.

I am a fan of this place. It is a little out of the way for me, but it has pretty good phở. The phở broth is a little more savory compared to other places I’ve eaten at and I have respect for it. I could eat more of the phở from this restaurant than other Vietnamese places that have a more cinnamon-y broth. They carry the traditional toppings for phở– hoisin sauce, siracha, chili paste, basil, sprouts, lime, and jalepenos. Everything was very good including the mango smoothie I ordered. Super cheap also. My dad and I got out of here for $ 16.

There was a bug in the food. It would have been fine if they comped the whole meal as I had barely touched my food and didn’t want to continue eating after the discovery.

Probably the best Vietnamese Restaurant in the IE. Pros: It’s real Viet food. Like not the imitation stuff at some of the other restaurants. Good serving sizes. Good taste. Restaurant feels cleaner than some of the other Viet eateries. For some reason I always feel like the restaurants are all kind of dirty. Staff are attentive and service is good. Cons: A little bit farther to get to. Kind of pricey for Phở, but it’s probably because I don’t live too far from Westminster so I’m used to cheaper prices there for Phở. Wish you could get more for the money, but it’s not too bad. The area is pretty ghetto. Bottom line: Like I said before. probably one of the best Viet Restaurants in the IE. I went here my first time almost 2 years ago and it’s been my go to place for Viet food ever since. Side note: There’s another one that has decent ratings that’s pretty close by. Never got a chance to try that one out, but it’s up to you. Don’t settle for less and go to Phở Vinam at the UV or Phở Saigon a little further down. those are a waste of money.

I got this random craving for phở at 9:30 pm and this seemed to be the only spot that wasn’t closing in 30 minutes, so Phở Hà it was. It’s conveniently located right across the mall with a private parking lot. Thought it was owned by the same people as the Phở Hà in Rowland(my fave), but it wasn’t. One thing was the same… Service was whatever. We had to make ourselves noticed to get seated. I ordered their #8, which was phở with rare steak, well-done flank, and fatty brisket. I specifically told the waiter I wanted to get lean brisket instead of the fatty brisket, but of course, they bring me the wrong one. I had to just pick them out because I didn’t want to wait for my food again. Prices are very decent. I also got their dessert #3 that had mixed beans, jello, and coconut milk and that was good. For only $ 2.95, too! Like others mentioned, the broth has good flavor, but not as good as Phở Hà in Rowland. Props for having so many dish varieties though.
