From the moment I walked in I was greeted very kindly. And the final results were amazing. The stylist give great advise and work with you to get what you want. I have never been to another place that was this great. I absolutely loved my visit and how my hair looks and feels. Special thanks to Belle who did an outstanding job.

I absolutely love this salon and have found my new favorite go to hair place! I am very picky about where and who I have do my hair because my hair is very thick and I have A LOT of it. I needed pretty much a miracle makeover when I called Picasso’s on 3/​12, I was asked to come down for a consultation, which I did ever so graciously. Upon arriving at the salon, I was greeted by Cindy, and showed her a picture of what I would like to get done and she made me an appointment with Denise for the following Saturday.
Lets get to the day of my hair… DENISE was my wonderful stylist. It had been 3 years since I had literally done anything to my hair, even a haircut, so I was extremely nervous. She put my nerves at ease, with her professionalism and her knowledge, she is completely laid back but still very professional all the way. Due to having so much hair and the thickness, my hair appointment took me about 6 hours. The whole time Denise was very caring and attentive to my needs, offering me water, tea, juice, something to eat… Anything I needed.
Denise performed a miracle on my hair, she did a full color with full ombré on the lower layer and baby highlights on lower layer as well. She cut about 7 to 8 inches off and finished my cut into a v-​shape with long layers. Denise is meticulous in her work and will not take anything less than perfection.
Thanks to Denise, I have the most amazing hair EVER! I get compliments on it all the time. I absolutely love it, love this salon, and will be coming back very soon. If you are looking for a new salon, look no further, you will not be disappointed, I highly recommend this salon, I mean how can you resist a 5 star rating?!

I came to see Arianna and wow what a experience. Picassos is a very unique salon. They have a «wash house» which was a very relaxing they had candles and music playing and arianas scalp massage was the perfect addition. She did a haircut and style and taught me how to blow dry my hair to style. Can’t wait to come back and see her.

I went in for a consultation last week and as soon as I walked in I was greeted. Everyone was so friendly. Cyndy sat me down and looked at my hair. She walked me through everything she was going to do and priced it. I went in yesterday and got my hair done by her. My hair is pretty fragile so she was careful with it. I love the results. She did dark roots with a transition into lighter at the bottom with some weaving/​ombré. The girls here are really great. They do everything they can to make sure you’re comfortable. Offer you coffee/​tea, they even give you a wonderful hand/​arm massage! I definitely recommend this place. The girls take care of you, they listen, and your hair will turn out lovely.

I’m in love! This salon is amazing! Everyone here was super friendly and very patient! And Cindy was amazing :))) I’m so stoked with my hair. Usually when I go to salons, I never have quite the volume I want with my cut. My hair is REALLY fine and really thin. Most places I’ve gone to, I mention my problem but they don’t seem to care about giving it the volume or texture it needs, they just give it an average cut so I’m always a little weary of trying new salons. Cindy went the extra mile and was really patient and asked lots of questions so that the results were exactly what I was looking for! And she also gave me some tips to help fix my thinning hair! I even changed my mind about my color after seeing someone else’s beautiful purple hair and I wanted something similar done to mine and she took the extra time to do it without hesitation :) I absolutely LOVE the results! My hair is soft and looks so healthy! And I thought I was gonna fall asleep after the wash room massage lol it was so relaxing, the girls there even delivered some lunch for me when they went to go get their lunch! AND they offered me some wine while I was getting my hair done. This place goes above and beyond and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Will definitely be coming back, thank you so much for working your magic Cindy! My hair really needed it! :)

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with amazing hospitality. Cindy was wonderful at helping me schedule an appointment and very accommodating! The salon itself is furnished in a beautiful modern style allowing a more relaxed experience – especially with the washroom where they wash your hair! I had a wonderful scalp massage, I almost fell asleep lol.
As for my hair, I had Denise work on my hair and oh my gosh! Words can’t express how delighted I am with my new ombré with baby lights, it’s GORGEOUS! She knew exactly what to do with my hair, how to frame it perfectly to match my face, and also picked the perfect color to compliment my skin tone. Denise is a brilliant stylist and if you ever plan on getting your hair done here, I wholeheartedly recommend you ask for her.
I love this salon and will definitely be coming back for the wonderful service and amazing people!

I would recommend seeing Denise. She’s very knowledgeable and talented. She took my hair which had a very dark brown permanent hair color and transformed it into a red ombré. I’ve been seeing her for couple years now and always come out satisfied. .,

Picasso’s is probably the nicest, friendliest salon I’ve been to. Not just superficially friendly, but they make such a massive effort to remember their clients and details about them so they can keep up a good rapport during visits. They make such a huge effort to make everyone feel welcome, and I love it.
The stylists are all incredibly skilled; I am really wary of new hair salons because a) I’m super picky, and b) because most places I’ve gone to don’t really know what to do with Asian hair. But the women here are fantastic and I have had some amazing hairdos over the last year.
I can’t gush about Picasso’s enough, honestly. Give it a go if you’re looking for a good salon.

I came in with a bob style in mind, and Ariana made my hair dreams a reality! My favorite part was getting my hair washed and my head massaged. I’m absolutely in love with my hair, and this salon. these ladies really know what their doing!!!

If you want perfection in your haircut and color, this is the salon to visit. Cindy asks all the right questions and ensures you leave the salon looking perfect! Cindy did an exceptional job turning my dark brunette do into just the right shade of blonde for my skin tone. My haircut is also amazing! She cut it exactly the way I wanted and made it flatter my face shape. They can count on me coming back on a regular basis.

Decided to give my virgin hair some color love and found the perfect gal to do it. Based on other Unilocal reviews and stalking her Instagram, I knew Denise would deliver the best cut, color, and style. I’m super picky, so it took me some balls to venture away from my regular stylist.
Denise does a consultation and a quote prior to getting everything started. She also talks you through each step so you feel more comfortable and relaxed, without any surprises.
Picasso is a great salon in itself. Cindy, the owner, is wayyyy awesome too! I freakin love the layout of the salon, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the service. Picasso provides top notch quality without the big price tag.
I’m excited to say that I found a salon that I can see myself become a regular at (:

I found this place on Unilocal,thank you reviewers!!! I asked for Denise since she does the long hair cuts I like. She did color/​cut/​style. I am very happy with my hair which says a lot because I am terrified of going to new places and super picky.
The women in the salon were all very friendly, the layout was great. while I waited for my color I moved to a different area that I could just sit on my phone and chill out (only thing I wish they installed electrical outlets for re-​charge in that area… no biggie)
Then I was moved to a spa like room with nice music for the rinse out process. She gave me an amazing scalp massage, no talking just massaging, and even had a head thingy that lets your head lay and not dangle thru the whole process. I really appreciated that as I have a bad back.
All in all, I WILL be back, this is my new spot.

The salon is Paul Mitchell focused, which I love because Paul Mitchell is a cruelty free company with great products.
Denise was very sweet and friendly. She asked me what I wanted and assessed my hair. I was told a price and explained the process. I liked that she showed me swatches of the colors she was going to use. It assured me that we were on the same page on colors (I was going from a grown out brassy ombré to caramel balayage).
Right away you can tell Denise is a top stylist. Thorough and precise. My hair blended beautifully! I found a true hairstylist gem in the inland empire!

I called and got a same day appointment. Which was awesome. When I arrived I was greeted and was seated with my stylist Belle. Belle gave me a full consultation and asked what my concerns were. I went in because I needed my hair fixed & recolored from a previous salon visit at a different salon. I was a little hesitant due to my last experience. Belle assured me & made me feel comfortable. She has awesome customer service skills and listened to what I wanted.
I’m so glad I found this salon. Everyone was very nice & welcoming. And the most important of all… they know what they are doing. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a full salon experience. Down to the color bar which I thought was great. They can costume color anything to your liking. And the wash room was spectacular. Very relaxing… Belle massaged my scalp & I even got a hand massage. They play relaxing music & you just drift off into bliss. That is a must try for anyone!
Over all my whole experience was 5stars! Salon was beautiful & clean. Belle thank you so much for fixing my hair. I love the haircut & color. You’ve earned a customer for life! Ask for Belle… She gives a perfect haircut & knows her color!

Denise was my stylist and she was absolutely wonderful! I havent had a real haircut in yearsss and im so glad I went to her! I wanted to make sure to keep my length as much as possible and she always made sure to show me exactly how much she was cutting, or where she started the layers, and how much she cut for my side bangs. I really appreciated her checking with me before she actually made the cut. She was really easy to talk to and made the haircut a very enjoyable experience! She even styled my hair for me at the end and I love the way she curled it! I will def be coming back for any hair needs :)

Everyone of their staff is awesome, but I really reccomend Denise because she always does a fantastic job. Hair magic !!
She likes to sit down & talk w/​you before doing your hair, & she gives you options on what she can do & always asks what you like best. She really does look to make sure you’re happy & that your hair will stay healthy. I’ve asked her to do my hair fire red one time & she did exactly what I wanted & exceeded my expectations.(she’s too awesome)
Its fun getting your hair done here. Even when you’re sitting down for long hours its fine because the staff is funny & really nice.

Absolutely loved this salon! I’ve been searching for a good hairstylist for a long time and decided to try out this place. I had an appointment with Denise and my hair turned out amazing! I got a haircut and dyed my hair back close to its original color. She was really nice and listened to exactly what I wanted. My hair was super damaged and dry but she made it look so beautiful and shiny! Definitely going to be back!
