Beware! If you value your clothes you will not come here. I work in a professional setting requiring that I wear a suit every day. Not being completely satisfied with my regular cleaners I decided to try a new location. After some research, I elected to try Plaza Cleaners. I wish I would have listened to all the negative reviews on Unilocal.Nevertheless, I brought in over half a dozen suits for dry cleaning. A few days later, I picked up my suits and brought them home. Unfortunately, one of the suits had a number of stains throughout the whole coat. Stains that were not there prior to the dry cleaning. I call the cleaners and was told to bring it back for redo. I complied. Thereafter, I go to pick up the suit and the stains were still there. The manager, Meri M., tried to justify their acts by stating that the stains were pen marks and could not be removed. What ever happened to taking responsibility for your actions? These were clearly not pen marks (see posted pictures). After further discussion, Meri states she will try again and talk to her boss about the situation. She stated she would call me back after talking to her boss. Well, that call never came. Over a week later I go in to pick up my suit for the third time. It was still stained. I asked for my money back but since Meri is not there I was told that nothing could be done. I asked the employee to have Meri call me. Weeks later not a single call from anyone at Plaza Cleaners. Every time I call asking for Meri I am told that she is not there. Needless to say, I am out a perfectly good suit. I hope others will learn from my expensive mistake.

This placed ripped me off! Over the phone they told me it would be 5 dollars for a two piece set toddlers suit. I had three suites so u figure it’s 15 plus tax. When I took them in the gurl up front said there wasn’t a way to adjust from a adult price to child price. She said she would have the manager fix it since the kids suits are 5 each so I left them there. I pick them up the following day and they charged me 37.95 the price for 3 adult suits! I had to pay it since I needed my suits and the manager was not in to fix the problem I was so pissed off but kept my cool and the girl upfront was very rude like there’s nothing I can do she said. Come on there’s always something you can do to please your customer. First and last time I use this place. I learned my lesson for sure. Honestly avoid this crap and go elsewhere please.

Do not I repeat do not use this cleaners if you are a woman. They will rip you off. My loving wife dropped of a dress to have it cleaned they never told her the price said nothing of the sort. When she get’s home she freaks out they want 40 dollars to clean the dress. So i go in to try and sort out the situation with the owner assuming there must be a mistake. I was informed that he was unable to make a decision i would have to wait till monday for his wife to call me. My wife needed her dress for an event for that night i offered to pay 20 which is still high (usually it’s 12 dollars at another cleaners). I then see a similar dress and have him show me the price it is less than half. The man then gets angry with me when i call him out on the price. He was enraged and rude and made no effort to resolve this situation. F– Plaza Cleaners Shame On You

My first experience using a cleaners, and I was very impressed. First of all, the problem: my usually very potty-​trained dog had what we now know was bad stomach upset. She left several piles of poop on our bedroom floor and a nice patch of dog urine on my brand new, white down comforter. Adding insult to injury, it was a recent wedding gift from a very close uncle. I was devastated. I called a cleaning shop across the street from me. They said they would charge me $ 49, and when I asked if they had ever worked successfully with dog urine and this type of comforter, they said they couldn’t assure me of anything. Not really what I wanted to hear, but I thought I’d get a second opinion — so I called Plaza Cleaners.
The lady who answered the phone was very nice. She quoted me $ 29. When I asked if they had any success with dog urine and down comforters, she told me they do it all the time and that the smell and stain usually come out. She said if the first time through didn’t fix it, they would run it again. Sweet! I rushed down there and handed over my precious comforter. Added bonus: when I asked if they would charge another $ 29 if it needed to go through again, she said no! Score.
When I went to pick up the comforter 3 days later, they had packed it in a really nice plastic zipper container (I was in such a rush to save it I just grabbed it off the bed as-​is). I asked if the stain had come out and she said I could check it before leaving if I wanted, as there was no other note or indication that it hadn’t. I didn’t check until I got home, but it was perfect. They even got out a black gel pen mark that had shown up earlier. SO thankful to have my comforter back, as good as new. Though I don’t use a cleaners at all, if I ever need anything cleaned, I will bring it here! Will also recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

They are very friendly and give me prompt service. No complaints at all.

All my work clothes came back looking good, and the lady behind the counter was super nice. Finally found a place I think I’ll be able to stick with.

Just in the nick of time, this cold weather had me excited to pick up a coat I dropped off last week.
This is my first time here and I like everything about this place — the service, the reasonable drop off/​pick up time, the quality of the dry cleaning and the reasonable price. My coat was not disgustingly dirty, but it did need a clean up. Three days later, my coat was looking fresh again.
I am not sure who owns this place, but the women working is one of the friendliest people I’ve met. In the two minutes it took me to drop off my coat and the two minutes it took me pick it up, she was welcoming and funny. She made sure I was satisfied before leaving. This will now be my go-​to dry cleaning place =)

It was my first time using Plaza Cleaners (my office recently relocated to Riverside, so I have to find new stores to go to). I had a suit to be cleaned and jeans that needed to be hemmed and cleaned. I was initially scheduled to come pick it up 3 days later, but when I asked for it to be a day earlier they said it wasn’t a problem. Everything was cleaned and ready the day I requested! I am really impressed with their customer service and the fact that everything is computerized on their register.

Best dry cleaners ever!

Bar far the best dry cleaners I have ever used. They have saved more garments for me than I could ever express. They are experts at cleaning the tricky fabrics and the tricky stains. They always have my items fast and always on time!
