Quest Diagnostics

Once again this Cynthia got it right! I left happy, no anxiety, no crying am overall great experience!

I had to come to Quest this morning for blood work. Anything involving a needle is my absolute least favorite thing in the world and I get pretty nervous going in! The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I told them that I was «One of those» that got a little squeamish to give blood. They had me lay down instead of sit up, and I was in a room by myself which was nice for privacy (I believe all of their rooms are this way). The phlebotomist, Celeste, was extremely kind and gentle, and I hardly felt a thing. We talked the whole time and she was great at distracting me. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. I gave 4 stars because there was no wait and I still had to wait 25 minutes to get in.
