Quiznos

My sandwich was awesome, and the older lady who who helped me was incredibly friendly, she seemed as if she was just hired but she did a great job, there was also a younger girl there who was just awful!
— also they were out of meatballs.

Absolutely horrible expierence!!! I came here because I was really sick and wanted some nice warm soup. The lady who helped me was so incredibly rude she put ranch on my sandwhich and I asked her if there was anyway I could get mayonnaise instead and she threw a fit and was all pissed over it like I personally attacked her. Then I go to pay and they charged me $ 17.33 for 1 person people (ridiculous) so if that’s not enough the other girl grabs my sandwich and starts putting vegetables on it after I specifically said no vegetables. The owner was there and all he would do is give me $ 1 back for the trouble and as I’m leaving this horrible sandwich shop I realize they forgot to give me my large drink that I paid for so I had to go back. I get home and am ready to enjoy my soup and it is ice cold like it came out of a fridge. Everything about this place is just ridiculous and I will not be returning under any circumstances I will take my business where it’s actually appreciated. I am only giving this place 1 star because it’s mandatory on Unilocal otherwise it would be no stars at all!

The place was clean & I received good customer service. It was my first time trying Quiznos & I gotta say it’s in my opinion way better than Subway for sure. I got the pesto chicken & it was delicious! :) Would def recommend if you’re looking for something healthy to eat & you’re by the area!

Ordered delivery for the first time and was happy they have that convenience although it is at a $ 5 extra charge and a $ 25 min. Food was ok Quiznos is always best right out of the oven.

So I went to Quiznos yesterday like I normally do on my lunch break. I ordered my roast beef sandwich and took it Togo to eat at my office. Well the girl who made my sandwich put the wrong sauce on it. I don’t know what it was but it was wrong. I called and spoke to the manager and she was very apologetic and offered to remake my sandwich for me right away. When I told her I wouldn’t have time to make it there on my lunch, she insisted on delivering it to me personally. Within 15min she delivered my correctly made sandwich. She went above and beyond and I will recommend them to everyone!

This is by far the best sandwich shop I have ever been to. I eat here three times a week and they always have fresh food. Management is clean and they always have fair prices.

We had a good lunch here today at Quiznos. I had the Chicken Pesto Pasta and my daughter had an Italian Sub sandwich. We both enjoyed our meal. The person making our lunch was fast and attentive to what we wanted. This was the first time for me to have anything pasta related at Quiznos. Usually I get a sandwich. Surprisingly it was very good. To drink I had a black tea which was also very good. We sat inside and enjoyed our meal. The place was clean and the tables were clean. The prices at Quiznos are a little higher compared to Subway. However, I think they use fresher ingredients and better seasoning. To me Subway sandwiches seem to taste like cardboard. Quiznos sandwiches are much better. We will be coming back again.

Ordering online was an easy experience, expensive ($ 25 minimum), but easy. I was quoted an hr for delievery, which was fine, it tells you ahead of time that you’ll be looking at that time frame. However, about 20 minutes past the hour mark I called and let them know we hadn’t received our food yet. The girl that answered was very kind and apologetic for our food being late. I understand things happen… another 25 minutes go by, and finally the food was delievered. 45 minutes late. The girl was very apologetic as well. So all in all, the food wasn’t terrible (order was messed up just a tad) but I probably wouldn’t order online for delievery again. But I would give it another chance if I went in to dine. This review is based mostly off of delievery experience, not quality of food (which was decent)

Mediocre… That’s the best word I can think of. $ 11 for soup and sanwich. Small and cramped. Stayed fairly busy during time there. Just ok.

We live in norco and have recently ordered from this Quiznos for delivery… we love this place, Mike the owner is awesome, he will make sure it’s right, I guess he took over this restaurant and is making sure they do Quiznos proud — and he does– highly recommended and an a+ for delivering to norco

Just had the best sub from this Quiznos! Roast beef and horseradish on Rosemary Parmesan. The bread was so soft and the ingredients so fresh. The creamy horseradish sauce they give on the side is so good! Customer service was exceptional. The Manager went above and beyond to accommodate us and was so gracious. I would highly recommend this Quiznos!!!

They got my order way-​wrong then blamed me for not ordering it right. They offered to re-​make it but I lost my appetite after that. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Service and food is excellent. The girls who work there remember my boyfriend and I every time we go in and are always friendly.
The Italian sub is perfect every time!

#1 Reason why Quiznos have closed all over the place, over priced meat, terrible customer service… Went out for the relaunch «customer appreciation» day, $ 1.00 small sandwich deal. Awesome, After I parked in the OPEN parking lot, the owner asked me with a stupid attitude if parked in the wrong spot? What the hell, Some caution tape he put up for the petting zoo had completely blown down, I parked in an open spot between to cars, Went in got my sandwich and was bribed with some stupid coupons on the way out… I give this place a year with this donk running it.

Sandwiches were good but when you say you close at 9pm and at 8:46 the door is already locked and place is almost completely closed down then I have a problem with that… I know the lady wasn’t happy about having to let us in but it took her 4 minutes to make both our sandwiches and while we were in there 2 other people came in. Why would a place want to lose out on money over 15 minutes. These ladies acted like they were never going to get out of there! Probably never go back to that location.

Every Quiznos I’ve been to they make the best Italian subs, and this place is just as good. The bread was toasted perfectly. The sandwich was assembled beautifully with a generous serving of lettuce (see picture). The pepperoni and meat tasted great, spicy but not overwhelming. The sandwich was made with just the right amount of Quiznos signature Italian dressing. Yummy!
Service was great. All the employees were pleasant and friendly. Transaction was fast and efficient. Dining area was clean and well maintained.
A great lunch. Will certainly return and recommend.
