I went in here because I was in a bit of a bind. My cable crapped out on me on a gig a few blocks away and I needed something ASAP.
The young gentleman behind the counter was not entirely useless as he knew where the ‘cables’ section of the store was. I could see his eyes gloss over when I asked him anything comprehensive about the items in question.
After that grueling experience, after making a purchase, when I plugged the cable in, it did not work. Just low quality inventory. I paid for a product that didn’t work and now I have to go back and return it. The absolute epitome of a bad experience.

Shop here for low quality items you cannot find anywhere else. The few times I’ve had to come to this location, I have to wait at least 5 minutes to check out.

The staff is very knowledgable! If they don’t know the answer, they research it and get it for you. If they are out of what you are looking for, they order it for you. They even carry wireless at cheaper prices than the actual corporate provider locations.

I truly despise this shopping plaza. I’ve seen crime happen here, and generally do not feel comfortable here when I am alone. But alas, this is the closest Radioshack to my house, and I go here a couple times a year.
The people who work here are generally helpful with questions I’ve had, but there’s usually a wait for help. And I trust the staff’s knowledge far more than that of a Best Buy employee.
I just wish they were in a different location!
