Be careful applying here and keep in mind that you will need to bring your own fridge.
I really wanted to live here as it is within walking distance from where I work, the grounds were nice, and the apartments are bigger than your standard apartment. However, the manager is very unprofessional, they were not upfront about move-​in costs and now I will be living elsewhere (explanation below).
After you submit and pay for your application they will tell you that the deposits could be higher than what is on their flyer (could be $ 2,000-$ 4,000 more than you expected to pay). The response time is extremely slow as well. After submitting your application it can take a few days of calling before you receive an answer on whatever «corporate» decided.
If you are waiting for an apartment to become available, you need to be proactive and call them to ask. Even if you are on their «official wait list» you probably won’t receive a call.
If you decide the security deposit is too high or find somewhere else to live, you better request your holding deposit within 72 hours of the offer they sent you… otherwise, you can kiss your $ 200 deposit goodbye. Something else they don’t inform you when you apply. Thankfully I got mine back.
And lastly, don’t be fooled by their model apartment. Other apartment complexes show you the real deal with pretty furniture and décor. This place doesn’t even put the same carpet in their actual apartments and has wallpaper and different paint on the walls which of course you would be charged for doing in your rental.
To top it off, after I had to argue to get my $ 200 holding deposit back, went to pick it up and the manager didn’t even say anything to us… Not a word. Just handed us our cash and went back to her office. LOL!

Raincross Promenade has went down hill in the last couple of weeks. They fired a manager for not doing her job. However, they then put the leasing agent into the manager position! What is going on here? My next door neighbor has traffic coming and going all day long. There guest look like the homeless. I would not recommed this property to anyone! The Manager also dresses very inappropiately.

I checked these places out was looking for a lay low sit near downtown the place is amazing clean the people are friendly lamborghinis in the parking structure I def recommend looking into this place!
