It was totally unacceptable for you to pretend to be a business that repairs pools when your company cleans pools. When you came out to assess the job Friday you were well aware that my needs were to get my pool regrouted and when I asked for a contract and business liscense you would not provide it. Then on Tuesday when we finally made contact after messages and e-​mails requesting a contract and liscense you admitted that you did not have the proper liscense to do this work. Then you told my husband that another pool company was coming out Wednesday to do the job. Who gave you authority to pick the people who work at my house? I hope you don’t attempt this scam in the future and just stick to the business that you are allowed to do in Riverside.
Honesty is the only policy I work by and I am sorry but I cannot do business or will recommend a company that does not work under the same standards.
