I went to Rejuvenation because it was close to my home and the web site made it look appealing. They seemed nice and initial contact was pleasant.
I went 5 times and as the «therapy» wasn’t very effective I quit. They had told me Insurance would cover me. Three months later I was sent a bill for around $ 50. I reviewed the charges and found that they had billed my insurance company for services I felt I didn’t receive. Most notably would be «self care management training», which is one of the staff chatting with you while you’re on a machine.
When I questioned the charges I was given the run around and the threat of a negative report and legal action if I didn’t pay.
Boy, was I rejuvenated.
